are there any pubic auto auctions near waynesboro virginia?
Question:
im looking to buy a good used car that has low mileage and can get me back and forth from virginia to philadelphia. I hear that auto auctions are the best.

Answer:
Most of the vehicles at most auctions that are open to the public are being sold by dealers, or were donated to a charity. It is very rare to see a low mileage vehicle in good condition at one. While there are some dealers who buy cars just to take to these auctions, most use a public auto auction to sell vehicles that they do not want to sell on their own lot. Usually the car has some mechanical issues, and the dealer does not want the hassle of an unhappy customer, even if they sell the car as -is. They would rather sell it at the auction. If you are going to a public auction, be aware of all the terms and conditions of that particular auction. There usually is a buyers fee, based on the selling price of the vehicle. The auction also may have rules where you must provide proof of auto insurance, and pay for a temporary tag, before they allow you to take the vehicle off the property. Some auctions will allow you to start the cars, during the inspection period prior to the sale. You can not drive them. Check the car out thoroughly, if you are not mechanically qualified, take someone who is with you to the auction! Good luck, and allow for the fact that you are going to need to spend some money on the car for repairs, prior to using it for travel! http://home.earthlink.net/~budan/autos/nepublic.htm is a listing of most, not all public auto auctions.

Answer:
I am lucky...when I lived in VA...my wife could have had me sent off to jail! Tickling? That kind of takes the fun out life! I can't kick her out of bed? What about pushing? At least I can beat her before 8pm! Someone once asked me if I believed in clubs for women. I said, "Sure...when kindness fails...clubs, sticks...whatever works!

When a person is hit by lightning, it could be argued that god is teaching the person a lesson in perservering?
Question:
So why did this man, who was hit by lighting 7 times (which never killed him) end up committing suicide for being romantically spurned? Seems like the maybe the big dude in the sky screwed up? "Roy Cleveland Sullivan, a retired forest ranger from Waynesboro, Virginia, was known as the Human Lightning Rod because he was struck by lightning seven times in the course of his thirty-six-year career. The first strike, in 1942, caused the loss of a big toenail. Twenty-seven years later a second bolt burned his eyebrows off. The following year, in 1970, a third bolt seared his left shoulder. After Sullivan's hair was set afire by a forth strike in 1972, he began hauling a bucket of water around with him in his car. He was driving on August 7, 1973, as a bolt came out of a small, low-lying cloud, hit him on the head through the hat, set his hair on fire again, knocked him ten feet out of his car, went through both legs and knocked his shoe off. Sullivan poured the bucket of water over his head to cool off. Sullivan was struck for the sixth time on June 5, 1976, hurting his ankle. The seventh blow from above hit Sullivan on June 25, 1977, while he was fishing. He required hospitalization for stomach and chest burns on that occasion. Though he was never able to explain his peculiar attraction for lightning, Sullivan once said that he could actually see the bolts as they headed for him. At 3 A.M. on the morning of September 28, 1983, Sullivan, aged seventy-one, took his own life with a bullet. Reportedly he was rejected in love."
