what do you know about the ghost in Layton Utah down Adamswood?
Question:
She apparently got hit by a car and is a residual ghost, people have seen her walking down the street at night. Let me know what you know about her. Whats her name? How old was she? what exactly happened? When did it happen?

Answer:
Never heard that one before. I know of "Flo" who allegedly "haunts" the Ogden graveyard. Her story was that she ws hit by a car waiting for her ride at night. So if you go to the graveyard and flick your lights, she thinks you're her ride and she comes out. I've tried it...it's b.s. Others swear they've seen her though. I'm friends with someone who does a bunch of paranormal investigating throughout Davis and Weber counties, the only hauntings he's ever mentioned in Layton are in a house up east of Highway 89 where some girl supposedly commited suicide.

Does anyone know any good fishing holes around the Layton/Clearfield/Syracuse, Utah area?
Question:
I'm looking for a nice spot to freshwater fish. Nothing in particular, just where I can go and enjoy my fishing time. I take the bus or hike so it would have to be a place I could access without a car. Please let me know any suggestions. Thanks!

Answer:
Try Kaysville Pond. My little brother (fishing fanatic) goes there all the time. DWR stocks it with trout and channel cat every year, plus I think they have bluegill and other sunfish and largemouth, too. It is by the Utah Botanical Center off of I-15. Go to 200 N., then to Main St. and turn right and proceed to 50 W; it is on 50 W. between 550 and 900 S. I think a bus can get you to Main Street in Kaysville with no problem, and you should be able to walk from there. There is also Holmes Creek Reservoir in Layton - it is on the east side, just west of Hwy 89 on Gentile. It has largemouth, crappie, and bluegill, and the occasional walleye. I know there are busses that go up and down Hwy 89 all the time, with stops fairly close to Gentile, so you should be OK there, too. Try the Utah DWR Community Fishing website (http://www.wildlife.utah.gov/cf/), and the UTA website (www.utabus.com). Hope this helps - good luck!

wheel immobilizer boot?
Question:
My Husband and I just recently returned from a trip to Las Vegas, we had barrowed a small trailer to tow our street bike from Layton, Utah down there with us , after returning late Monday night, we ended up parking along a curb inside our apartment complex, we looked everywhere and found that there were no signs posted and the curb was not painted any color indicating that you could not park there, so we parked the jeep and trailer and retired for the night… Early the next morning we came out to find a boot had been put on our car by the maintenance guy that works here at the apartments, in the contract it states that if ever they had a problem with our vehicles they will have them towed by an outside company, any way the guy refused to take the boot off until we paid him cash then wouldn’t give us a receipt. Is it legal for him to do this? And what can we do about it?
