The way the card works is you purchase that, they send/e-mail the paperwork and you print it off. It will give you a list of professional installer around your area that they use to install products. Some will prefer that you be 16 (so that you have transportation), however some will still hire you at 15. My daughter's friends have worked at Hollister, Abercrombie, PacSun, and Forever 21 at age 15 and 16 with no problem. These retailers are looking for employees that are peers to their customers, ones who look young and fashionable. Do be sure to "dress the part" when you go in to apply, your appearance of being put together and up with current trends will go a long way in getting you hired. Good luck to you, it is great that you are willing to work to help your mom out. I would not waste your time at department stores, they are definitely looking for those who are older. Another idea for you would be movie theaters or even Sonic. Sonic hires young people almost exclusively. To clarify something a later poster said, there is no such thing as a work permit for minors in the state of Texas (unless you are not a citizen of the US). Some states require them, Texas does not. Some stores may require proof that you are still attending high school, but that is extremely rare.

the price i can,t answer. different notaries, different prices but the owner has to go with you to a notary and sign the title. there,s a place for the seller and a place for the buyer to sign on the back of the title. the notary will send it in and a new title will come to you with your name on it.

He killed himself. He wasn't a peace officer at the time of the shootings, he was a FORMER Utah Patrolman. I love how this is story has been totally twisted and bended to attack the law enforcement community. People think a cop did this in his own patrol car while on duty, when this guy was a cop in a totally different state before moving.
