Question:
one day i went to rudder high school in bryan texas to pick up a friend from work as i was waiting in the parking lot a police officer parked his car i believe he was running my license plate. he ask me what am i doing in the parking lot? i said waiting for someone to give them a ride from work they called the cafeteria and it was verified. he asked how long i have been waiting in the parking lot 30 min he told me i was tresspassing but the day before i visited the schools music class. i checked in the office gave them my id they gave me a badge and i went to the class. the schools security officer came to the parking lot and said that is the guy who came to the school yesterday he said i colud not do that you can't visit this school i was supposed to be denied school visitation. i was issued a warning instead of leaving i went into the office and wanted to speak to the principal about why can't i wait in the parking lot for a employee to give them a ride. when i left the parking lot i drove on the public street i came back which made it tresspassing i know i should have left when the police officer gave me a warning but i feel i had a legitimate reason for being there in the first place i was parked about 1000 feet from the school but i was still on the property can i sue the school for harassment?

Answer:
you cannot stay on private property when told to leave. you should have taken the warning and left immediately. you had no legitimate reason once you were told to leave. you should have left the parking lot and park on the street. you cannot sue for anything, you even admit what you did was wrong. so YOU need to understand the consequences of your own actions and not point the finger at someone else.. the cop was doing his job.

Anyone shedding a tear for this AH?
Question:
September 21, 2011 White Supremacist Executed for Texas Dragging By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) — White supremacist gang member Lawrence Russell Brewer was executed Wednesday evening for the infamous dragging death slaying of James Byrd Jr., a black man from East Texas. Byrd, 49, was chained to the back of a pickup truck and pulled whip-like to his death along a bumpy asphalt road in one of the most grisly hate crime murders in recent Texas history. Brewer, 44, was asked if he had any final words, to which he replied: "No. I have no final statement." He glanced at his parents watching through a nearby window, took several deep breaths and closed his eyes. A single tear hung on the edge of his right eye as he was pronounced dead at 6:21 p.m., 10 minutes after the lethal drugs began flowing into his arms, both covered with intricate black tattoos. Byrd's sisters also were among the witnesses in an adjacent room. "Hopefully, today's execution of Brewer can remind all of us that racial hatred and prejudice leads to terrible consequence for the victim, the victim's family, for the perpetrator and for the perpetrator's family," Clara Taylor, one of Byrd's sisters, said. She called the punishment "a step in the right direction." "We're making progress," Taylor said. "I know he was guilty so I have no qualms about the death penalty." Appeals to the courts for Brewer were exhausted and no last-day attempts to save his life were filed. Besides Brewer, John William King, now 36, also was convicted of capital murder and sent to death row for Byrd's death, which shocked the nation for its brutality. King's conviction and death sentence remain under appeal. A third man, Shawn Berry, 36, received a life prison term. "One down and one to go," Billy Rowles, the retired Jasper County sheriff who first investigated the horrific scene, said. "That's kind of cruel but that's reality." It was about 2:30 a.m. on a Sunday, June 7, 1998, when witnesses saw Byrd walking on a road not far from his home in Jasper, a town of more than 7,000 about 125 miles northeast of Houston. Many folks knew he lived off disability checks, couldn't afford his own car and walked where he needed to go. Another witness then saw him riding in the bed of a dark pickup. Six hours later and some 10 miles away on Huff Creek Road, the bloody mess found after daybreak was thought at first to be animal road kill. Rowles, a former Texas state trooper who had taken office as sheriff the previous year, believed it was a hit-and-run fatality but evidence didn't match up with someone caught beneath a vehicle. Body parts were scattered and the blood trail began with footprints at what appeared to be the scene of a scuffle. "I didn't go down that road too far before I knew this was going to be a bad deal," he said at Brewer's trial. Fingerprints taken from the headless torso identified the victim as Byrd. Testimony showed the three men and Byrd drove out into the county about 10 miles and stopped along an isolated logging road. A fight broke out and the outnumbered Byrd was tied to the truck bumper with a 24½-foot logging chain. Three miles later, what was left of his shredded remains was dumped between a black church and cemetery where the pavement ended on the remote road. Brewer, King and Berry were in custody by the end of the next day. The crime put Jasper under a national spotlight and lured the likes of the Ku Klux Klan and the Black Panthers, among others, to try to exploit the notoriety of the case which continues — many say unfairly — to brand Jasper more than a decade later. King was tried first, in Jasper. Brewer's trial was moved 150 miles away to Bryan. Berry was tried back in Jasper. DNA showed Byrd's blood on all three of them. Brewer was from Sulphur Springs, about 180 miles to the northwest, and had been convicted of cocaine possession. He met King, a convicted burglar from Jasper, in a Texas prison where they got involved in a KKK splinter group known as the Confederate Knights of America and adorned themselves with racist tattoos. Evidence showed Brewer had violated parole and was involved in a number of burglaries and thefts in the Jasper area. King had become friends with Berry and moved into Berry's place. Evidence showed Brewer came to Jasper to stay with them. http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/2011/09/21/us/AP-US-Texa s-Execution-Dragging-Death.html?_r=1&hp=&pagewanted=print

Answer:
Shed a tear, no. But instead of being executed, I'd rather see him in Prison at hard labor for the rest of his life with no chance of parole. Being dead isn't really a punishment for him.

As horrible as that crime is, capital punishment is never appropriate.

Illegal alien arrested after chase across two counties how will his supporters defend him?
Question:
A suspected illegal alien was arrested Monday after a vehicle chase involving Angelina County and Nacogdoches County authorities. A Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission officer attempted to pull over Osman Estuardo Carpio, 33, Monday evening at U.S. 69 north and FM 2021, as he was a suspect in an earlier hit-and-run, according to Angelina County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Bryan Holley. “He hit someone and there wasn’t major damage to the vehicle, but the lady called 911 when he left the scene,” Holley said. “We put out an attempt-to-locate on the vehicle and within a couple of minutes he was spotted.” Carpio refused to stop for the TABC officer and continued north on U.S. 69, according to an arrest report. He then turned onto state Highway 7, heading toward Nacogdoches, with the TABC officer, the Texas Department of Public Safety and Angelina County deputies in pursuit. Speeds during the chase topped around 60 mph, Holley noted. “They told us that with the way he was driving, he almost caused five other head-on collisions and about six other accidents,” Holley said. Carpio continued several miles into Nacogdoches County, where he ran into road spikes laid by Nacogdoches deputies, the arrest report stated. His vehicle came to a stop after he hit a car parked on Highway 7. “His tires didn’t even have time to deflate before he hit the car,” Holley said. Carpio was then taken into custody by ACSO Sgt. David Rodriguez, Holley said. The Nacogdoches Pct. 4 Constable also assisted in the incident. Following his arrest, Carpio was taken by ambulance to Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, where he was checked out and released into the custody of Angelina County authorities, the arrest report stated. He is being held in the Angelina County Jail on a $3,500 bond, charged with evading arrest. Although bail has been set for Carpio, he will not be eligible for release due to a hold through immigration and naturalization services, according to jail records. http://lufkindailynews.com/news/local/article_cc3508a 4-187f-11e0-a59c-001cc4c03286.html

Answer:
"I don't know anybody that says it's ok to come here illegally." -Greasy Tony does and many other illegal immigrant supporters do on here constantly "citizenship status has nothing to do with drunk driving and only a moron would try and demonstrate causation between the two." -Sure to compare citizenship status to drunk driving is stupid, but it is not stupid to say that a person completely willing to break immigration law is more likely to break other laws as well.

What does this dream mean?
Question:
The other night. I was sleeping and I think I know why this dream started: Me and my friend Nick were talking. He was talking about me going down to Lass Veges to see him. Smoking a joint. Etc. And I think we had a little chat about sex. Than we got into talking about his little girl. He cannot see her because her mother doesn't want him too I guess, And she moved to Texas with his little girl. Hasn't seen her in over a year I believe; And I want a child myself. Anyway, In my dream. Me and Nick were in the car. It was 3AM in the morning. And I suddenly end up having sex with him inside the car. Me and my boyfriend have been having sexual intercourse problems before this. He hasn't been able to give me and orgasm. And then I suddenly end up having sex with my boyfriend in his car. I disliked his performance then, I kept going back to Nick for more. And had Bryan thinking he was making me happy the whole time. I then woke up and fell asleep 5 minutes later thinking it was all over thinking it was just a random dream, My next dream ends up back at the Slipknot concert. I end up on Stage, And I am highly atractet too two of the band members. Joey Jordison. The Drummer, And the Singer, Corey Todd Taylor. The dream went on about random stuff like most dreams, Then all of the sudden I'm on the floor and the whole band is gangbanging me. There is about 9 Members and I'm mostly atracted too two of them; And I was so wet and I felt so good when I woke up. It was an amazing experinced dream. And I loved it. Because it was kinda my fantasy. Just I didn't think with those following people. Is this bad for my relationship? Is this trying to tell me something important? Please help me. Also, Bryan has told me multipil times that I can do my fantasys. All of them. And I promised him I wouldn't because I find it wrong. He was my first, And I want him to verry much so be my last. Bryan kept telling me that I can do my fantasys. And he's been upset that he can't exactly please me, And I have been going back home to do it for myself because he finishes to quick.

Answer:
The advice I always give is to take dreams at face value. You'll drive yourself nuts trying to put meaning to them, often finding meaning where there is none. You know how you feel and you shouldn't let dreams change your decisions.

Answer:
Pretty damn good and some very interesting picks, but not quite perfect. Still probably the best mock I've seen on Yahoo! Answers (besides my own obviously). The 9ers do need a right tackle, so Trent Williams isn't a bad pick (at least since Bulaga is off the board), but I doubt that they'd go with two offensive linemen in the first. My biggest problem is probably Dez Bryant falling that far. Maybe you're a Vikings fan doing some wishful thinking, but I would be shocked if Dez even came close to falling out of the top 20. Besides that my biggest problem is your complete omission of Eric Norwood and Sergio Kindle, who are two of my favorite 3-4 OLB in this class that aren't DE/OLB tweeners like Brandon Graham and Jerry Hughes (Kindle played DE at Texas this year but even in a 4-3 he'd play LB). Donovan Warren's okay, but he's mostly potential and I don't think he's worth a top 20 pick. Kyle Wilson might also be a tiny but too high but its not that bad. I love Sean Weatherspoon, but he really projects much better to a 4-3. He could be a 3-4 mike, but the Jets are more than set at ILB with Bart Scott and David Harris. Give them Norwood, or the best 3-4 LB on the board. Wootton (which for the record is how its spelled) is a nice prospect, but he's mostly all potential, and at that point they should go with Carlos Dunlap who's also all potential but at least he doesn't have the health concerns. Besides that there's nothing that bad. Gresham and LaFell are a little too high for me, but besides that there's not much else to complain about. Very solid job. If you're curious you can check my 2 round mock here- http://www.footballsfuture.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=375303
