What do you think An illegal alien from Mexico was arrested Sunday on a DUI complaint struck 5 year old child?
Question:
What excuse will the pro illegal have this one ?An illegal immigrant from Mexico was arrested Sunday on a DUI complaint after police say he struck a child with a car. The 5-year-old boy reportedly was taken to a hospital in serious condition, but he has since improved, and his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, police said. Darbin Alejoz-Ramirez, 23, was arrested on complaints of driving under the influence and causing an injury collision, driving with no driver's license, having no proof of insurance and injury to a minor child. He told police that he is an illegal immigrant, so a hold for Immigration and Customs Enforcement was placed on him at the Tulsa Jail. Police said the child rode his bicycle from between two parked cars into the path of Alejoz-Ramirez's Chevrolet Blazer about 3 p.m. Sunday at the Colonial Park Apartments in the 7600 block of East 21st Street. Alejoz-Ramirez smelled of alcohol, had bloodshot eyes and failed portions of sobriety tests, an arrest report states. He agreed to a blood test and was taken to a hospital to have blood drawn. http://www.tulsaworld.com/news/article.aspx?articleID=070918_1_ A18_spanc84006

Colonial parking washington dc questions?
Question:
Am I supposed to pay the tow if I park in a reserved space inside the facility and my car gets towed inside the facility as well?

Answer:
That's usually the situation. They have you over a barrel and you basically have little recourse but to pay their charges. By parking in a reserved spot you caused them to have an expense, which they are going to stick you with.

Are any of these photos good? Need advice before I delete them?
Question:
I took some photos at a faux-colonial mexican place. I love the colors and the style of the building but I couldn't seem to get a decent shot. I even went on the second floor of the car-park in front to get some of these. 1. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/HB4YgdERoqcKAOZyhhHoZw?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink I like this one 2. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/uiA8AgO4y-J2TRDl0Law7g?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink there were cars in the way. 3. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/plguLJaiXjWkVZwlQ6wxtg?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink 4. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/bxOHf_zYDPAis8Jl9UzJnw?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink 5. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/oEC-nwUxGwC6uCBAELyR-w?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink 6. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/k0BrOcV--scKSsO07La4TQ?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink 7. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/6UX0O45R4FxGJUtNjgI8dg?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink and I like this one too this is one I think it's too "tight". there were cars on the road and I tried to get as much sidewalk as I could. it was a very narrow sidewalk. 8. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/Z9fLJilueMZvy2y8Hq5ikQ?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink this last one is from the entrance to the car-park. 9. http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/Oe8RlWiNgD1wFskKaTrUCA?authk ey=Gv1sRgCLj0ze3_tfvgtgE&feat=directlink I know these are pretty much all bad, no need to sugar coat I know they are bad, just pick the one(s) that is good, if any

Answer:
First, don't delete the pictures. Its always a good idea to have some reference pictures to compare your work next week or even next year to so you can see your progress. It looks as though you were shooting on an overcast day since the colors are a bit muted and any sky included is featureless. In the future, eliminate the sky on an overcast day as much as possible. You can usually improve the colors on such a day by shooting in Aperture Priority and using the EV setting at -0.5 or even -1.0. Since you already have the files, try looking at them at those EV settings with your editing program. If you like the results then the next time you're faced with an overcast day you'll know what to do. If you're shooting on a sunny day, use a polarizer filter. It enhances colors as well as darkening a blue sky and removing glare/reflections from glass, sand, snow, water and painted metal - but not polished metal. I also suggest using a tripod whenever possible. The tripod will help you keep your horizontal lines horizontal.

Minimum wage jobs in Orlando, Fl?
Question:
I moved to Orlando a few weeks ago, live in College Park and don't have a car. I've been walking around (edgewater, up and down colonial/orange) but haven't found anywhere hiring. I've looked on a bunch of online job sites and haven't really found anything either. I was wondering if anybody knew any places hiring around the area. Any reccomendations about finding a minimum wage job here would be greatly appreciated.

Answer:
Go to a day labor place. There a a few around that area. Also try some of the AC companies around that area. They will be hiring installation helpers this time of year and you will get more than minimum.

Auto Accident, Cop ripped up ticket, who is really at fault?
Question:
I was just recently in a car accident. No one was hurt. My question is who should be considered at fault? This is a link to where the accident happened: http://maps.google.com/?ll=28.568653,-81.225533&spn=0.001028,0.00 2064&t=h&z=20 I was driving west down East Colonial drive and needed to turn into Park Manor drive. The traffic was heavy, the light was red and the traffic reached all the way back to the turning lane. People were stopping and making room so that I could cross and make my way across and onto Park Manor Drive. The other driver was trying to get to the turning lane by the light, Rouse Road, and went off road to get into the turning lane into Park Manor and cut across the two lanes, his car hit mine while while trying to cross the two lanes. The driver was young, never been in an accident and called his mom to come out. The cop came and filled out the report, the other driver said he was trying to turn down Park Manor, and because of this I was considered at fault. I got the ticket and the other driver left. The cop took a second look at where the debris was and said that the debris was inconsistent with his story, she ripped up the ticket and deleted it from my record. Now the insurance companies are doing an investigation of the accident. What I don't understand is, am I still considered at fault? Is it legal for him to cut across lanes to get to another turning lane? I did call my insurance company, I got the estimate for the damage today. My insurance company said they are doing an investigation. I guess what I'm really asking is, do you guys think I'm at fault? I have also heard mixed opinions about if I should call the other parties car insurance.

Answer:
Cops don't determine fault, insurance companies do. Cops will write out a report of the details of where it happened, name of drivers, insurance info and also note damages to both cars. Even if a cop writes ticket, it is based on his findings of a who he "believes" is at fault, but is not binding to the insurance company. As a former auto claim adjuster, I am confused to the details of your accident. You need to call YOUR insurance company and report this claim. Your insurance company will investigate by taking your statement and the other drivers statement, look at the damages and they will make a finding if you are at fault or the other driver. If you are at fault, then your insurance company will pay the other driver, but if they find you are not, then they will deny. Call your insurance company today. good luck
