I laugh at Undercover Cop Cars in Texas?

An Undercover Cop Car is suppose to be indistinguishable right? You don't know they're a Cop right? But every UC vehicle in the state of Texas is blacked out from top to bottom, has powder black rims, and silver ball hubcaps. No that's not a UC vehicle. When I was in the Army stationed at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Police in Oak Grove, Ketucky and Clarksville, Tennessee knew how to make a UC vehicle. You'd see a normal SUV or Car, had sports decals, those stick figure family decals, etc. Normal rims or big rims, etc. but as soon as you did something wrong, say speeding or changing lanes without a signal. BAM!!! All of a sudden that vehicle has flashing red and blue lights in the grill and front windshield. Texas Undercover Cops are a joke. I only point this out because I just saw a Undercover Texas Highway Patrol Vehicle pull someone over. They had no visible markers showing them as a officer of the law except for the flashing lights and silver ball hubcaps. What UC's like in your state?

Where should a recently pregnant wife rent if she will be working in Downer's Grove, IL ?

My wife is a recent Univ of Chicogo grad from ATL who accepted a job after her summer internship in Downer's Grove (DG). The commute from Hyde Park to DG was pretty long and not pleasant. To get her closer we considered setting her up in an apartment in Oak Park. The only problem at the time was figuring out where she could park her car. Now we just got the great, but maybe not so timely, announcement that she is 5 weeks pregnant. Now I am panicking because she starts work the end of this month and we will be separated during most of her pregnancy with me here in ATL. I am not sure anymore about her living in Oak Park and her lonely commute to DG in her car -- especially on winter days. I want her to rent in a safe place very close to good OB/GYN hospitals and doctors, and of course, good restaurants and shops. Parking availability for her car would also be great. Any recommendations? Help help help! Thanks."

Oak Park is a fine suburb but parking is premium. There are a couple edgy neighborhoods to the east and south. It has 2 hospitals...Rush Oak Park Hospital which shares some physicians with Rush St Lukes...a top hospital. West Suburban is the other. Not far away is Loyola...another top medical facility. Close to Oak Park are Forest Park, River Forest, Riverside and Brookfield. The commute to Downers Grove from any of these villages would be between 25 and 40 min...mostly on Interstate highways...1 is a tollway (I-88). Downers Grove is not a bad location either. Qbs always get drafted high, whether they deserve to or not, Matt Ryan to ATL New England has bigger problems than o-line, not mention that its a little bit of a reach for that lineman in particular New England might trade down and select a corner, to whom I don't know, however that is thier largest need, or they may just select the best availiable player Baltimore would take Ryan if he were there, if not, theyd probably take a lineman Buffalo needs a big wr to complement lee evans, an help thier young qb in the redzone, although they need a corner too so that pick is a toss up, especially since it isnt clear who the best wr and cb is The Texans might take a DE, maybe Phillip Merling seeing as they are trying to make the best D-line ever by drafting a d lineman 4 years straight. They already have Dunta Robinson and DeMarcus Faggins(Cbs). Tamps needs a Wr, Joey Galloway is 36 years old and even though derrick Brooks is too, I believe the WRs at this point are better than the Lbs Seattle>Jonathan Stewart SF for the 2nd QB in the 1st round! If Atlanta doesn't draft Matt Ryan then they will be the same as last year, maybe worse... I think Oakland will take Dorsey. Ryan Clady is a better player than Jeff Otah. Detroit has more pressing needs at O-Line and especially D-Line... Vikings will take a DE and it will either be Harvey or Campbell. Houston needs to protect Schuab and their offense will be great. Gosder Cherilus is their man. Tampa won't take Phillips, corner and wideout are much more important so I think Malcolm Kelly maybe who they target bc his tall lanky frmae and long arms complement Galloway's speed... Washington has to fix their WR problem and help take Jason Campbell to the next level. They will take Desean Jackson.... Jonathon Stewart is a power back. Marion Barber is a power back. This pick wouldn't make sense. If Felix Jones isn't there they will grab a WR and a CB. In this case they take Mike Jenkins. Pittsburgh will take Brandon Albert. He is versatile and would be a potential steal this low... Limas Sweed is destined to reunite with Vince in Tennessee.... San Diego will solidfy their defense with Dan Connor to shore up their inside LB position. San Fransico will probably go a different route but I like this pick. The only other guy I can think of to go here is Jerrod Mayo... I think Green Bay will take Sam Baker and make Rodgers' transition that much easier... Kenny Phillips will go to the Giants.
