Was Robyn Hinnant from Beaverton Oregon killed in a car accident in Brazil?
Question:
1994 car accident where Robyn Hinnant was killed?

Answer:
Doesn't look like she was. I found no obituary in the Oregonian newspaper (where it would have most likely been run) and did find the following reference on Google (I searched on "Robyn Hinnant") and viewed the HTML file to see it) "Robyn Hinnant! Robyn is in Oregon currently and has just acquired her CFI. Way to go Robyn!" From a July 2005 newsletter of the Women Pilot's Association.

where in beaverton oregon is a good apartment or houses to rent especially with kids? and what school is best?
Question:
where is a good place to buy a used car?

Answer:
If you are looking for a place in Beaverton look around the Murray Hill area or over by Nike campus and that area. The nice thing about the Nike area is there is light rail or Max as they call it and you don't need a car that way to get around. I would just avoid the old downtown Beaverton area its old and run down and high crime. You might also check out the Bethany area there is alot of apartments over there. I was born and raised on the westside and have lived in Houston now for a little over a year and I miss the public transportation that Portland has. I never needed a car or had to drive in the Portland area where here in Houston you need a car a public transportation suckssssssss.

Moving advice for Beaverton, Oregon?
Question:
What is living in Beaverton like. Me and my fiance are freash out of college with bachelor degrees from good schools which internships. Marketing and Geographic information systems to be specific. We have a car and enough money for a few months. Whats the weather like, night life, employment, renting costs. Any adivce is apreciated. We come from florida and hate the humidity.

Answer:
Humidity will not be an issue in the Portland area. What we call "muggy" or "high humidity" you would not notice, and it only lasts for a few days per year, usually in July or August. The weather is variable and not readily predicted. See http://www.kptv.com/weather every day or three to see how it evolves. A light shower is falling now under heavy clouds. It will be overcast off and on until this weekend, when it is expected to be clear and sunny for a few days, highs around 75F. Winter is typically wet and overcast with the highs in the 30s and 40s. There are usually a few weeks of below freezing temperatures. Snow is uncommon, but is present for 3-5 days per year. Summer highs can reach 100F for a day or two, but are usually 80s. Summer is the driest time of year, but it still rain for a few days every few weeks. Thunder and lightning are infrequent, perhaps three storms a year. Beaverton has little night life: just a few national chain restaurants. However, Portland has quite a bit, and is a convenient 30-40 minute commuter train ride, or a 15-30 minute drive away (depending on which end of Beaverton). Employment is poor, but slowly improving. See postings at http://portland.craigslist.org/ Check rental costs yourself at http://portland.craigslist.org/ More than 90% of all rentals appear on Craigslist. It is how we do things here.

Question:
Hello all and thank you for taking the time to read my post. I was wondering if you rent in an apartment complex in Beaverton OR and your car is damaged in the apartment parking lot if the land lords insurance would be responsible for it?

Answer:
Not unless the landlord or his employees were the culprits. If not, no...your landlord is NOT responsible. File a claim with your own insurance.

Where can I find the best deal on a long-term rental car in Portland, Oregon?
Question:
I'll be going back to visit for 5 weeks from Mid-January to Mid-February and staying in Beaverton. I'm returning home for winter vacation from my university job in Korea. I've tried to get a car included with my airfare from travel agencies but they don't have any for that long of a rental. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. My round-trip airfare is close to $2,000 alone.

Answer:
Check with each of the car rental companies to see if any of them have any long term specials. It's important to compare rates with several companies to make sure that you're getting the best possible price. One of the best things to try is to use a car rental discount code. There are hundreds of membership programs and professional associations that offer car rental discount codes to their members. You can find a list of car rental discount codes for 8 major car rental companies, at http://www.best-car-rental-tips.com/discount-codes.html

Is now the right time to sell my townhome?
Question:
I am a 26 year old single male that purchased my first home about 2.5 years ago. It is a 3 story townhome, 2 bdrm, 2.5 bath and 2 car garage that I paid $160,000 for. It was built in 2000 and is in great condition. It has custom colors inside and the outside was just painted last summer. I believe I could sell it for around $200 - $210,000. The home is located in Beaverton, OR, a suburb on Portland, Oregon. I would like to relocate to Vancouver, Washington where I can get more home for my dollar. Is now the right time to sell? Or should I wait until next year sometime? I am no hurry to sell. Any advice would be appreciated. FYI: Our housing market seems to be cooling off and people do not seem to be paying asking price any longer, and are paying below. Thoughts?

Answer:
Sell it now before the prices start to go down. Reading this report may help. http://www.dynamictraders.com/images/SpecialReports/dt_s pecialreport_bonds_507.pdf

Should I finance a motorcycle through a bank or dealer?
Question:
I am currently with oregon community credit union on a car loan. Im trying to sell my car to pay off my loan with them. Should I go through them again for a motorcycle loan? or Beaverton Motorcycle? I'm afraid to go through the dealer because i've applied for a guitar center credit card and got turned down. I dont really have credit. I've only made one payment on my car. Who should I go through?

Answer:
OK this is a really simple answer. if you go through a bike dealer all they do is contact a bank that they use and apply for credit in your name same as cars. you wont own your bike and if need be you cannot sell it. go direct to the bank youll get a better rate and you will own your bike, nuff said. oh and ignore these chumps above. not much help are they. good luck and tight lines.
