I was in the el reno tornado on i-40 in a car and... (does full coverage pay medical?)?
Question:
I would go into detail but I just have a quick question. It was my sisters mustang convertible and I am surprised we are still alive today, but her car was totalled. Cosmetic damage alone would cost 12,000 dollars to repair. She has full coverage insurance, and they are going to pay her. I am curious to know about medical? Will the insurance still pay if its a natural disaster? I have glass embedded underneath the skin in my head and my neck.. but I don't have health insurance to go to the hospital.. will her insurance company HAVE to pay the medical?

Answer:
Her insurance should pay but note: There is no such thing as "full coverage". If she had the proper coverage her insurance should pay. Simply have her ask her insurer if you would be covered.

After 20 years of being a fugitive, he was finally caught. What should happen?
Question:
Fugitive arrested 20 years after escape from federal custody Associated Press MOUNT PLEASANT, Texas - An illegal immigrant who walked away from an Oklahoma federal detention camp more than two decades ago was in custody Monday after his arrest during a traffic stop. Martin Hernandez Gonzalez managed to avoid federal detection for years because his case somehow slipped through the system, said Deputy U.S. Marshal John Laster. "For some reason, they did not file a complaint on him" for the escape, Laster said. Hernandez, a Mexican citizen, was serving a sentence of less than a year for a misdemeanor charge of illegal entry into the U.S. when he disappeared about 21 years ago. He left the minimum security camp outside the El Reno Federal Corrections Institution in Oklahoma with a little more than a month left to serve, Laster said. Hernandez's case didn't surface again until this fall, when prison officials were reviewing their files. A search found he'd been arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in Mount Pleasant, Laster said. The information was sent to the U.S. Marshals Service offices in the area. But without a warrant for Hernandez, marshals were apprehensive about arresting him. So Hernandez's name was added to the National Crime Information Center, a database used by law enforcement, Laster said. When a Mount Pleasant police officer stopped a man Thursday for driving a car without headlights on, authorities captured Hernandez. He was going by Martin Medina Hernandez, 40, the Mount Pleasant Daily Tribune reported in Monday's edition. Hernandez was arrested and charged by local officials with driving while intoxicated. He was being held at Titus County Jail on that count and a federal charge of escape while arrested. Authorities also placed an immigration hold on him, jail officials said. He will be prosecuted on the DWI charge, serve the remainder of his federal sentence in Texarkana and then be deported, Laster said. Evilmouse, love your answer. As a matter of fact, I like most of the answers I got.

Answer:
This person broke the law twice (possibly more). He should face the consequences of his actions now that he has been caught. He should be deported to Mexico (though personally i'd prefer he be sent to Sudan or some backwater African country) I also noticed people gave this post and almost all the answers here a thumbs down... seems like there are some criminal lovers/supporters out there.

Career Move In Corrections Or City P.D. / Deputy Ideas For Oklahoma?
Question:
Okay, first I wish to thank all that reads and responds to this, will vote best and 5-stars as always. Here is the problem. I have been in some type of Corrections for the past 4 1/2 years or so and have always, always excelled in my job. I worked at a Prison in Watonga Oklahoma for about 2- years, worked at a Justice Center for two years ( both of these places I worked at were a bit of a drive. The prison about 45-mins, both ways, the Justice Center in El' Reno Oklahoma 35-mins. both ways. During this time I was finishing college, and was lucky to get hired on at the Sheriffs Department in my home town (5-min) from my house, but the pay isn't that good. I got hired as a Jailer/ Dispatcher and this was 9-months ago. I finally graduated college and still here at the Sheriffs Department, making about 21,000 a year. I was promised I would be sent to CLEET and at some point become a reserve deputy (which pays a lot more) 31/male, kids, wife, home , 2-cars, etc.. our bills are about 2100 a month. Wife works as well, and makes a bit more that I do. I make about 11.25 hr, but I also have wife and son on my insurance, so i bring home about 1,200 a month, yes a month!! I only graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree (A.S.S.), but also have a lot of experience in this field. I guess what I'm asking is what is out there with just a Associates Degree. Only want to leave Sheriffs dept. due to pay, and I was over looked when promised I would be going to CLEET, now I was told I have to wait 6- more months, and I think that is a bunch of bull. I have applied for many jobs, but can someone please tell me where I can find something that fits my background, plus now with a degree. I feel like I went to college for nothing. Thank you

Answer:
You mentioned city P.D. Is that an option? I began in county jail and went to a city department. The game of so and so is next in line is just that - a game when it is within the same department and does not pay the bills. Probation is possible, but the ones here want a 4 year, same with parole but they will accept experience in lieu of the education because they are state. Maybe you could check those out? Good luck!
