My plan is to be a nurses aid they make about 400 a week (no i won't be doing that for the rest of my life Il be attending college classes as well) Il be living in Niles Ohio so its not too expensive here but I also have a lot to pay for Rent- apartment Im looking at is 515 a month all utilities included Car insurance Gas Groceries Phone then some necessities any budgeting ideas like ares where i could save some money And yes I know i still have a little time left but I like to have everything pretty much figured out

Answer:
I'm 18 and am in a similar situation. My advice is to be realistic, responsible, yet again realistic. If I were you I would estimate how much all of your expenses and "necessities" are going to be per paycheck. Then I, with the leftovers (hopefully there will be some), would set a decent amount to put in the savings for each paycheck, but not too much where you can't still have fun. The key to saving is to save enough to feel secure and yet still have a life. Btw, I would spend the savings on getting a decent enough car where you don't need to worry about repairs, yet not have to spend it all. This should be possible in Ohio.

Please Read this first Chapter of my story and tell me what you think?
Question:
This is half of chapter one for my new story. I am 11 years old and I dream of being a writer. Tell me what you think and How I can Improve it Thanks So Much Chapter 1 Images. It was 2am on a sunday night. Hikari was still awake. Tomorrow would be her first dat a new high school. Hikari Blaine was 15 years old. She would be a sophomore this year. She has long curly brown hair to about her waist. She was very beautiful, with her glistening blue eyes and her perfect body. People at her old school in Hilton Nebraska said she was a goddess of beauty that is Hikari never seemed to think of herself as that. Some how she always knew she wasn't like the girls at her school. She and her adopted parents moved all the way from Nebraska to a small city in Ohio called Niles. Of course the boys a Hilton High School were sad that the most beautiful girl was leaving. On the other hand the girls were thrilled. Today they arrived to their new home in Niles. Hikari did not get to see much of the city. She was laying in her bed, thinking of her future to come. Her birthday being only to months away and getting her license. Mr. and Mrs Blaine had promised Hikari if she got good grades from when she was in 4th grade to now, they would buy her a car. A nice one at the fact. Jenna Blaine was a TV reporter for one of the most watched news in america. David Blaine was a doctor. He got transferred to Niles, which is why they moved. So they had good money. Hikari looked at the clock. It was 2:07 am. She was tired, but excited all at the same time. Minutes passed and she quickly drifted to sleep. The alarm went off beeping. Hikari woke up to darkness except the light comming from the windows. She yawned and looked at the time. It was 6:30 am only 4 hours since she layed in her bed awake. When she went to her closet she picked out a pair of blue jeans and an elbow length black shirt. Hikari was so unsure of what to do with her long brown hair. So instead of putting it up she brushed it and let it fall to her waist. She dug through her drawer of every hair product known to man and found a black headband and slipped it into her hair. She looked in the mirror and saw beauty. Hikari put on her light make up and walked out the door. Hikari walked to school since it was only a few streets over. When she arrived at Niles High School, she walked to the door, not stopping to anyone that said hi. She was about to open the doors when she saw something. An all black motercycle speeding to a parking spot. Doing all sorts of dangerous manovers. When the mystery person was parked and started to take off the helmet. The helmet was set on the rear end of the bike and the girl was revealed. She was beautiful. More beautiful than Hikari. She had long knee length black hair, light skinned, like Hikari, and she semmed not to notice or even care how people looked at her when she walked past. This beauty was comming coming towards the door, walking in piercing black wedges with ripped jeans and a short black tube top. Hikari acted fast and ran inside the door and down to the office. She was guided by a dozen signs saying Office left. The lady behind the desk was buff and seemed to be around the age of forty. "Yes, can I help you" she saud with a crack in her voice. "Yes, Im new here. My names Hikari Blaine" said Hikari. "Oh yes dear, new meat, I mean new student. I have your class schedule and locker number right here" said the lady. Holding out 5 pieces of paper.1 her class schedule, 2 a map, 3 a lunch menu, 4 a locker number and code, and 5 a piece of paper that all teachers, the principal and her parents have to sign. "Your locker is in Hallway E, last one on the left." she spoke again. Hikari nodded and walked down the hallway. She was not thrilled by the school so far. She felt a suddon tap on her back and she swiftly turned around. It was a girl. She was tall, slim, and pale. She had shoulder length blonde hair. "Hi" she said with nerv. "Umm hello" said Hikari. "Im Demmy. You must be Hikari. Am I right?" she said Yes, your correct" replied Hikari. "Do you wanna be friends"? Demmy asked. "Ok" Their conversation picked up when they walked to their lockers. Some how Demmys locker was right next to Hikari's. Hikari examined the students around her. There were nerds, rockers, muscle men, and all your regular high school groups. Her view was going good until she caught sight of someone across the hall way. It was the girl she saw at the door. Glaring her down. "Hey demmy" said Hikari. "yea, whats up"? "Who is that girl" Hikari pointed to The girl. "Let's Just say a Freak. Replied Demmy This is not the full chapter 1 if you want it email me! Answer:
You are doing very well for your age. You most certainly have a talent for writing. However, you story is rather unrealistic on several counts, not least of all the way you describe "Hikari". I personally hate it when someone brags about how great the main character is. It makes me hope something horrible happens to her/him. No one can possibly empathize with a perfect person, and that makes your main character very cold and unsympathetic. Readers like to feel a similarity or some sort of common ground with the main character of a story. And the way people interact is put-on and corny. No one really acts like that. Realism is vital to the success of a story about real life.

Illegals caught with Stolen Clothes Suspects Claim Racial Profiling?
Question:
Lawyers for four suspects involved in an alleged stolen clothing case claim their clients are victims of racial profiling. "Anybody in the business would know this is a profiling case," said Atty. Gary Rich. "I believe without a doubt. Illegal aliens, or drugs in the car, no drugs found and my clients legal." Rich's client, Jesus Fabian, was the only one of the four to be released on bond. The other three remain jailed on an Immigration and Naturalization Services hold. Last week, the Ohio State Highway Patrol stopped the vehicle and seized nearly $78,000 worth of stolen clothes, including more than $8,000 worth of panties and bras. Three of the four were in Niles Municipal Court on Friday facing theft charges. The fourth, Maria Fiorenttini, did not appear. She's been moved to a different facility by federal immigration officials. Now all four of the defendants are due back in Niles Municipal Court next month for a preliminary hearing. At that time, they can go forward with the hearing, or waive it. If they waive the hearing, the case will be sent to the Trumbull County grand jury. The defendants told troopers they were taking the merchandise to a church, but officers were unable to confirm that story. The prosecutor said he does not believe any racial profiling was used and said the traffic stop was the result of good police work. "The only information I have comes from the officers and from my perspective I have Highway Patrol officers who simply did their job and did it well. I haven't seen any evidence of profiling and I don't think that is the case here. It was a traffic stop that led to the discovery of massive amounts of stolen clothing," said Terry Swauger, Niles City Prosecutor. http://www.wytv.com/content/news/local/story/Sto len-Clothes-Suspects-Claim-Racial-Profiling/f6vpHn0Jx0aoa-2mTOywg A.cspx How quick before supporters will hold protest marches ?

Answer:
Lawyers will use excuses like that when defending their clients. If they don't have a case, they'll throw up all kinds of BS to confuse and distract the jury.
