Is there a long term bad credit loan company out there? One that does not charge up front fees or have gimmick?
Question:
I am going to post my situation so that you can see why I need an answer to this question. It seems that everyone that I have contacted wants money up front to connect me to a lender. I know that these are scams because all legit lenders will take it out of the loan process. Dear Sir/Madam, I live in Massillon, Ohio with my wife and 16-month old daughter. I am 46-years old and I am the General Manager of United National Security based in North Canton, Ohio, I have worked there for 14-years. I have worked hard all of my life, since I have been 13-years old. It seems that I cannot get ahead. I currently pay $15,000.00 a year in child support for my two children from a previous marriage, that is $300.00 more a month that the State of Ohio mandated me to pay. My wife’s ex-husband quit his job and he does not pay any child support for her two children. I treat those two boy’s like they are my own. In the past 18-months I have lost $1,780.00 in income. My wife does not work because I am a strong believer that she stay at home and take care of our daughter. It would not really pay anyhow because daycare is so expensive. Being a security executive, I work a lot of hours. I have even tried to get a part-time job, but the jobs are not out there right now, any jobs that pay any kind of money anyway. I have never accepted a handout, never collected welfare, never collected un-employment. I am behind on my utilities, I have given two cars back to the bank, I have had to quit paying on my credit cards because, at least we do not go hungry. I have health issues, I had a heart attack last June and stint put into my heart at the Cleveland Clinic. I have PAD in my legs and my medical bills are mounting. Even with my financial situation, I still manage to help people who are less fortunate as my self, like my sister who lives in West Virginia. I cannot help her a lot, but every little bit helps her. I really need your help. I am asking you for a monetary loan to catch up on my bills so that we do not have too worry. Please email any answers to my email address. God Bless You and It is my hope that you have a nice Thanksgiving. Robert Graczyk

My boyfriend put a deposit on a car to buy from a private owner, We ran a carfax report....?
Question:
We found a "too good to be true" car...He gave him 200.00 deposit and we go back tomorrow to get car along with a more mechanically inclined guy to check it out first. We got the VIN and ran a report...We asked about the milage on the car since it was so low. The report indicated milage discrepences...Heres is part of the reposrt: 04/02/2003 34,549 Ohio Motor Vehicle Dept. Massillon, OH Title #XXXXXXXXX New owner reported NOT ACTUAL MILEAGE TITLE ISSUED Registered as lease vehicle CARFAX Advisorâ„¢ A NAM title is issued when the owner discloses to a DMV mileage fraud, a broken odometer or that the actual mileage of this vehicle is unknown. Mileage reported after this reading is potentially unreliable. * So now what. If we decide not to get this car...or should we? Do we loose the deposit? The seller never mentioned this.

Answer:
If the title was reported as not actual mileage (known in the business as TMU or True Miles Unknown), the title will have a "not actual miles:" brand on it. The seller has no defense of not knowing, because it is on the title. The mileage on the vehicle is a material part of any contract to purchase. If the miles are not correct, and were represented to be actual, then you can rescind the contract and get your money back. If the seller is unwilling to refund your money, take him to small claims court. TMU /NAM reduces the value of a vehicle substantially. Be very careful whem buying a car like that!!

See http://www.esuperfind.com/lowermybills.phpp?id=hra0tt16koo9 the affiliated site is an Experian company BBB approved so very safe. They might or they might not have you on. It depends on many factors and how big the debt is.
