Questions Related to dublin, ohio cars

Provided By Y! Answers

I just saw a life-size batmobile driving in Dublin, Ohio. Has anyone else seen this car?
Question:
My husband's favorite superhero is Batman and his 36th birthday is coming up and I would like to see if I could get in touch with the owner of the car so my husband could see it. If anyone has any information about this amazing car, please let me know.

Answer:
There are several copies of the original TV series Batmobile in museums and on the road. In fact, I even saw a company in Montana that was building replicas for sale... CY Productions P.O. Box 30694 Billings, MT 59107 (909) 608-2501 http://www.cyproductions.com

strobe amber lights on car in ohio?
Question:
I was wondering, esp from any law enforcement personnel that might be on here, the legality of having strobe amber colored lights on a pov. I live in dublin ohio but travel out to the country to visit my parents not to mention rescue my sister on a regular basis who is out of gas or broke down on some dark road. I am in no way tryin to immulate a cop , just trying to make myself apparently visible to dumb drivers, I do usually try to stop if i see a wreck happen as a witness or something if thats the status. I try to be a good citizen.. sorry.. not going to keep driving if i see someone in trouble. I am running mostly amber and some white strobes, no other color in Ohio.. yet when i wasn't running anything (no lights turned on) i got pulled over and the cop threatened me with impersonating unless i removed my lights. If i was trying to impersonate i would have been running reds and blues.. wtf! and no i do not turn on my strobes unless i am pulled over to the side of the road.. not while driving. my father in law who was a lt. for the ohio state patrol though it was ridiculous that the cop who stopped me suggested that i was impersonating. any input is welcome thanks

Answer:
if you work in construction you have the license to own them legally

Walker Marketing and Consultants a scam?
Question:
I sent in my resume to a security company for a position as an armored truck driver. My resume had to go through careerbuilder.com to get to the security company. The very next day I recieved an e-mail from Walker Marketing and Consultants based out in Dublin Ohio. The e-mail basically said that they see me as a great potential to their company. Here's where I became aware, I have never held a job as a marketing sales person or held a job in sales period. I washed cars during my high school life, I dropped off construction materials, and I was in the military where I was trained to actually fight the enemy. How can they see me as a great potential? Is this place a scam?

Answer:
I don't know that company but can't imagine a legitimate marketing company seeing "great potential" in anyone who has NO marketing experience or a degree in marketing or business. Try to find out info about the company but this might be some commission-only sales position. Unfortunately many of these door to door sales companies advertise their positions as "marketing" rather than the sales jobs they actually are. If you can't find any info, then I wouldn't even bother giving info

Poll: How cold is it.....?
Question:
Where you live? In Dublin Ohio it is currently 0 degrees with a windchill of -18. This is ridiculous! It took an hour to get my car started this morning!!

Answer:
OMG! I live in Ohio [Maple Heights]. It's 10 degrees up here! I don't know the windchill, but I was wondering that!

eigth grade road trip to charleston west virginia?
Question:
ok, well me and some of my friends were thinking about going on a road trip at the end of the year, before high school. some of us are getting split up into the two main high schools, and we want to do something to fun. we are starting in dublin ohio. there are 9 of us, so we will all pitch in. i already have a pretty good idea of the car we're renting, which seats 12 so obviously parents will be DRIVING and coming. Plus, i am 99% sure what hotel we'll be staying at. we want to go somewhere around Charleston, West Virginia or further towards the coastline. any ideas or any cool stops we should do along the way? we would love your ideas! or an itinerary would be nice...really nice. :) thanks! we are leaving at noon the first day, getting to our hotel that afternoon. the rest of the day and the next day are free, but we'll be driving back the 3rd day. thanks!

Answer:
Hey there. If you are staying in Charleston stay at Embassy Suits- the marriot doesn't wash their bedding as I have discovered from past experiences. Southern West Virignia is the most beautiful place in the world. I would suggest heading on down to fayetteville, wv to the New River Gorge Bridge. It is amazing to see how big it is- it is the worlds 2nd largest and longest arch bridge. Go to the overlook, its worth all the stairs it takes to get there lol. Then take a ride under the bridge to Fayette Station. Wow.. talk about beautiful.. that is one of the best places to go and you can even watch rafters go by up close down there. There is also a hiking trail that overlooks the entire gorge and bridge. It's called long point trail- it is not dangerous or difficult to get to the place where you can view everything.. its something you have to do before you die in my opinion. Then head out another 15 minutes to Gauley Bridge, WV. Theres a beautiful waterfall called cathedral falls.. there's also a picnic table so it would be a great opportunity to have a little picnic. Then head up the road another 10 minutes to a place called the mystery hole. It is definitely one of those other must sees of southern, west virginia. You'll get a good laugh and it's a good time. Southern, West Virginia is such a beautiful place, I highly suggest you really get to see some of these places I mentioned. Also, if you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to send me a message on here. I will gladly help you any way I can. Here is some links to the places I suggested: www.mysteryhole.com http://wikitravel.org/en/Fayette ville_(West_Virginia) directions- http://www.waterfalls-guide.com/wv_cathedral_falls.htm photo- http://www.waterfalls-guide.com/wv_cathedral_falls_sriram_photos. htm http://www.npca.org/mid_atlantic/new_river_gorge/ (**Scroll down to the bottom** for long point trail)
