Can I obtain a copy of my car title that is from Ohio in the state of Delaware?
Question:
We purchased our car in Ohio and got the title/tags there. We currently live in Delaware and are wanting to sell our car, but have misplaced the title. Is there a way to obtain it in Delaware instead of going all the way back to Ohio?

Answer:
Contact the Ohio DMV and request a duplicate. The fee is generally around 10bucks. All registered/legal owners on record must sign the request, some states require the form be notarized. When requesting the duplicate, tell them you have moved and need the title sent to the Delaware address. No problem, easy transaction.

Can I take a taxi/cab from Columbus, Ohio to Delaware, Ohio?
Question:
I plan to visit my boyfriend for his birthday. I want to take a Greyhound from Cleveland, Ohio down to Columbus. However, my only problem is how the hell I'm going to get Delaware from Columbus lol. The two cities are about 27 miles apart, and probably a 30-40 minute drive. Neither of us have cars available. I want to take a taxi from Columbus to Delaware, but I don't know how far taxi's go. I honestly know nothing about taxi services because I never have the need to take one. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Answer:
Yes you can, but it probably will run you 75 to 100 dollars.

I recently got a speeding ticket in Delaware county, Ohio (westerville) and im 17?
Question:
I was having trouble with my car for a while.. It was having trouble accelerating and it was shaking out of control. I had made and appointment for it and on the way home after school after turning onto a 35 mph street I had to put my foot heavy on thr accelerator to get it to go. With the heavy shaking and focusing on the road i honestly didnt realize how fast I was going. I was going 50 for about 3 seconds before I looked down and immediately slowed down. That'd when I noticed the cop pull behind me. The mechanic did write on the bill that what's wrong with my car could cause low engine performance. I've had my license for almost a month and im 17. I'm getting an attorney but what can I expect in court and as a punishment? The worst i can get as a minor isnt a ticket, its my license getting taken away for 6months that im worried about. and my parents told me to drive it because they didnt think it was that bad even though i knew it was.

Answer:
A lawyer would be too expensive and wouldn't really help much. The problem is...according to the law, you ARE guilty of the crime of going 50 in a 35. When you go, you can plead guilty, not guilty, or no contest. A no contest plea would give you a little more leeway. Plead no contest, bring the documentation from the mechanic, and (if possible) explain it not as a problem that has been going on that you would get fixed later, but a problem that just popped up that day that you just noticed and were trying to figure out. The judge might accept that and reduce the fine...though not fully relieve you of it. I had a similar situation once and got off with a smaller fine when I tried that. Hope it works for you, too. Good luck.

PRICE OF SHIPPINF CAR FRON USA TO PHILIPPINES?
Question:
SHIPPING CAR FEOM DELAWARE OHIO TO QUEZENS PHILIPPINES

Answer:
Shipping alone $2,500. Plus import tax. Import tax is 100% of the price paid new and they don't allow vehicles with a motor bigger than 2.5l without an additional tax. Vehicles over 5 years old are not allowed to be imported here.

Where can I buy Thunderbird in Columbus, OH, or Delaware, OH?
Question:
I mean Thunderbird the fortified wine, not the car or the Mozilla product. Since the state runs all our liquor stores, I guess it may be unavailable, but I'd like to try it, just to see if it's as nasty as everyone says it is. I'd like to try Buckie - Buckfast Tonic Wine, and Night Train - if they're available in Ohio as well.

Answer:
Buy it online if you can't find it anywhere locally.

hey can someone read my college essay for Ohio State? Thanks?
Question:
There is a 300 word limit, this is exactly 300 words. OSU is my first choice. Give me whatever criticisms you would like, dont be afraid to be honest. There are many reasons that I want to attend The Ohio State University, so many that you cannot count them with ten fingers. One memory stands out to me, however. When I was in the fourth grade, my dad took me to my first Ohio State football game. The sea of scarlet and gray in the Horseshoe threw my mind into an unbelievable state of amazement, my eyes bulged with every touchdown. The Buckeyes defeated Washington State and feeling of Buckeye unity in the air told me that Ohio State was the place for me. As I heard the Victory Bell ring out over campus, I began to feel at home with each of its triumphant tones. My dad and I make an annual trip to Columbus for an Ohio State football game. During those car rides, my dad recounts his fondest college memories to me as we pass through towns like Delaware and Ashland, encouraging me to become a Buckeye, as he did in 1974. It is more than football and tradition that have aroused my desire to attend Ohio State. Ohio State holds opportunity for every applicant, offering majors in almost anything one can think of. Ohio State’s high freshman retention rate tells me that people come to OSU and find that there is something great for them, whether it is academic or social. One day, I hope to attend a top-tier law school. The Moritz College of Law is one of the finest public law schools in the nation and it would be an honor to become one it’s graduates. In conclusion, it would thrill me to spend the happiest years of my life at OSU. Ohio State will always be a part of me, even after I am no longer a student at my beloved university. Thanks! Jon

Answer:
At the end, don't say "my" on "my beloved university," replace it with "this", but other than that, it's pretty good.

Can i get some feedback for my Ohio State application essay?
Question:
Hey so OSU is my first choice. There is a 300 word limit and this is 298. I posted this question a while ago but I have made a few changes since then and I would like some more feedback. Tell me whatever you want, dont be afraid to be honest. Thanks From an early age, I started to think about my future. Much of my childhood comes back to me with memories painted in scarlet and gray. When I was in the fourth grade, my dad took me to my first Ohio State football game. The sea of red in the Horseshoe threw my mind into an unbelievable state of amazement, my eyes bulged with every touchdown. The Buckeyes defeated Washington State and feeling of Buckeye unity in the air that was shared by 105,000 people, told me that Ohio State was the place for me. One day, I hope to attend a top-tier law school. The Moritz College of Law is one of the most prestigious public law schools in the nation, and it would be an honor to become one it’s graduates. In conclusion, it would thrill me to attend OSU. This beloved university will always be a part of me, and I hope my passion for it will carry on through many happy and healthy years. Thanks again, Jon

Answer:
Jon, Without rewriting this for you, I would say you could clean up the imagery a bit. I suggest you ask a couple of the English or journalism teachers at your school for some advice. Start your first paragraph with the last sentence of the first paragraph. Then say something like, "Since I was 10 years old, OSU has been a part of my future plans.,,,In fourth grade my dad took me to my first OSU game. The scarlet and grey defeated Washington State and along with 100,000 others I was swept away. With every touchdown my pulse raced and my throat grew hoarse with cheering. As I heard..... good luck Your second paragraph needs a better last sentence.

Is Joe Biden a comedian or just not exactly the brightest bulb in the democrats drawer?
Question:
1. Forced Down by Terrorists? "If you want to know where Al Qaeda lives, you want to know where (Usama) bin Laden is, come back to Afghanistan with me. Come back to the area where my helicopter was forced down with a three-star general and three senators at 10,500 feet in the middle of those mountains. I can tell you where they are," Biden said at a campaign stop in Baltimore last week. Sen. John Kerry, however, set the record straight, telling the Associated Press that the helicopter was "forced down" by a snowstorm. "It went pretty blind, pretty fast and we were around some pretty dangerous ridges," Kerry said. "So the pilot exercised his judgment that we were better off putting down there, and we all agreed." 2. FDR Did What? "When the stock market crashed, Franklin D. Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the, you know, the princes of greed," Biden told the CBS Evening News on Sept. 22. But Herbert Hoover was president in October 1929 when the stock market crashed. FDR wasn't elected until 1932, and television made its debut a decade later, in 1939. 3. That's a Terrible Ad! When asked by CBS on Sept. 22 how he felt about an Obama campaign ad that made fun of John McCain's inability to use a computer, Biden replied that he thought it was "terrible." "I didn't know we did it," he said, adding that he wouldn't have approved the ad, but defended Obama's decision to approve it. "The answer is I don't think anything was intentional about that. They were trying to make another point," he said. 4. Working in Coal Mine "Hope you won't hold it against me, but I am a hard coal miner -- anthracite coal, Scranton, Pennsylvania, that's where I was born and raised," Biden said to mine workers in Virginia on Sept. 20. While his great-grandfather was a mining engineer, his father ran a Delaware car dealership and worked in the oil business. His campaign tried to spin the comments as a joke. 5. "No Coal Plants in America!" On Sept. 17 at a campaign stop in Maumee, Ohio, Biden told an environmentalist that the Democrats don't support clean coal. "We're not supporting clean coal," he said. But they do. Obama said his administration will "enter into public private partnerships to develop five 'first-of-a-kind' commercial scale coal-fired plants with clean carbon capture and sequestration technology." Biden had criticized China for building "two dirty coal plants" every week and polluting the United States. "No coal plants in America," he said. "If they're going to build them over there, make them clean, because they're killing you." 6. He Should Have Picked Hillary At a campaign stop in Nashua, N.H., on Sept. 10, Biden said Obama may have been better off had he picked Hillary Clinton to be his running mate. "Hillary Clinton is as qualified or more qualified than I am to be vice president of the United States of America. Let's get that straight," he said. "She's a truly close personal friend; she is qualified to be president of the United States of America. She's easily qualified to be vice president of the United States of America and quite frankly it might have been a better pick than me, but she is first-rate." 7. You in the Wheelchair, Get Up! On the campaign train in Columbia, Mo., on Sept. 9, Biden asked State Sen. Chuck Graham to stand up for the crowd. "Stand up Chuck let me see you," Biden said to Graham, who is in a wheelchair. "Oh, God love you, what I am talking about. You're making everybody else stand up though, aren't you pal." Biden then asked everyone in the room to stand up for Graham. 8. Whose Campaign is it Anyway? On Aug. 23, after Obama announced that he had chosen the Delaware senator as his running mate, Biden slipped and called him "Barack America." On Sept. 3 at a campaign stop in Fort Myers, Fla., Biden referred to the future "Biden Administration," which he quickly corrected to an "Obama-Biden Administration." "Believe me, that wasn't a Freudian slip," Biden said. "Oh Lordy day, I tell ya." 9. Shot at Seven Times in Iraq? Biden said in a CNN/YouTube debate on July 23, 2007, that he was shot at seven times inside Iraq's Green Zone. Two weeks later, however, he amended his story, telling The Hill newspaper, "I was near where a shot landed." He said a shot landed outside the building in the Green Zone where he and another senator spent the night in December 2005. While they were shaving in the morning, the building shook. "No one got up and ran from the room-it wasn't that kind of thing," Biden told the Hill. "It's not like I had someone holding a gun to my head." 10. So Fresh and So Clean When talking about his eventual running mate when they were still competing for the Democratic presidential nomination in January 2007, Biden blundered when talking about Sen. Barack Obama to the New York Observer. "I mean, you got the first mainstream African American who is articulate and bright a

Friend suddenly lost full custody of son to babys dad with no notice. he's not even on birth certificate. how?
Question:
She is in Ohio he is in Delaware. She does not know what to do. She has had custody since he was born. Now somehow it belongs to the babies dad. Lady on phone at Delaware court records even said it was fishy but that's what it says. So she does not know if she needs to bring him back to Delaware or if this change makes her a kidnapper since from a legal standpoint it sounds like she has a kid who is not hers. She never had any court with the dad he also is not legally recognized as the father. She don't deny it. Commen knowledge he is but no actually proofs never took a dna test he is not on certificate. Anyone have any links or advice for her? She is hoping she can do that video court because she has no car to Delaware and can't just leave her job.

Answer:
You need to provide the facts that you don't know before expecting an answer.
