Anyone from Cleveland/Akron/Cuyahoga Falls OH? Need to find cheap used car dealer?
Question:
Anyone near this area know where I can find cheap used cars ($1200 and under) where the dealer will accept a few payments on it ? I have a job but only get 400$ after my current rent each month and would appreciate a 2 or 3 month pay off if possible. Anyone know of a dealership like this? -------------- PS- don't suggest ebay, craigslist, etc. I'm looking for a company who will give me a real car/title and allow a few payments

Answer:
Hi there, I bought a car a few years ago from Mike Pruitt Honda, it's on Brittain Rd. by Chapel Hill Mall. Talk to Patty Eddy, she is a real good salesperson. That's the only dealer I've ever dealt with, and I know that they sell used cars too. You could always try Fred Martin Superstore on Barber Rd. in Barberton too..they have tons of cars and from the commercials they seem to deal well with people. Good Luck!

Which lawyers in the Akron/Cuyahoga Falls area are most successful and best for an OVI/DUI case?
Question:
A couple nights ago, i drove home slightly drunk, dropped my friend off at her boyfriend's house in Stow, then went to Sheetz at Howe Ave to get gas. After pulling into my spot at the pump at about 4:30 AM, i accidentally passed out and went to sleep for about 45 mins then was awoken by a cop tapping my window, asking me to step out of my car. (i'm guessing the Sheetz people called the cops saying some girl was passed out in her car at the pump) I did a couple sobriety tests and did not fall or falter. He then immediately handcuffed me, gave me a breathalizer test at the station, and I blew a 0.069, so i was below the drunk limit, even though my drunkness was wearing off. They also took me to the hospital on suspicion of drugs in my system and i do admit I hit my friend's bowl a couple times that night ( the night of 9/11) but did not totally admit that fact to the cop (just told him i was around a bunch of people smoking). I need to get these OVI charges dropped asap as i will be going back to the University of Akron this spring hopefully, and i also currently drive to and from work whenever i work. I also have no savings as i pay everything for myself but rent and wash. if anyone knows a good lawyer to get my OVI charges dropped i could really use some help! O, and it probably wont help my case, but i did also plead guilty to a public intox on August 16th for an evening where i had a couple too many shots and went to sleep at the bar table outside. I know this sounds ridiculous, and is definitely my last time drinking (but please do not judge me too critically :c ) I just really want to finish school, and start with a clean slate. I am still paying my puiblic intox off and the fees altogehter were about 556$ total..I am pretty broke and get little help from my family. So if any one kows of a CHEAP and good lawyer around to help out a 21 yr old girl, i would be very happy for the help! Thanks for reading this, anyone! HB

What is weather like in Akron / Cleveland ?
Question:
Hello everyone. I am moving to Cuyahoga falls, Ohio. This is a bit north of Akron and about 20min or so south of Cleveland. It is situated very much "next to" Lake Erie. I am moving in 3wks with my girl. Now, I know what weather is like here in Cincy. I am however not familiar with the weather like in Akron area. Are the winters pretty bad? Do they last longer / start sooner? Is it stormy and wet during Spring / Summer? That kinda stuff. Right now I drive a lowered FWD car and am thinking of going up to a AWD due to a combination of road conditions and if needed for the winters. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer:
Hi. I live about 15 miles north of Cuyahoga Falls. Even though my location is closer to the lake, the climate should be pretty comparable. Unlike Cincy, Cleveland definitely gets more snow. In the fall, average temperatures range from 65 degrees Farenheit down to 30 degrees Farenheit. Average winter temperatures range from 38 degrees to about 18 degrees. Average spring temperatures range from 29 - 69 degrees Farenheit. In my opinion, Cleveland weather can be very unpredictable. Generally, the summers are pretty warm with an average of about 85 - 90 degrees. But there tends to be occasional unseasonably hot days and unseasonably mild days. During this past week, we've experienced cooler temps. and cloudy to partly cloudy days. But the week prior to then we experienced temps. in the mid-to-high 90's. This year, the summer temperatures really kicked in during the first week of June. May was pretty rainy, with mild temps of about 58-73 degrees. Last year, Fall officially kicked in around the second or third week of October. The occasional unseasonable weather also applies to the fall and winter months. Despite the average temps., there may be a 73-degree day in late October or early to mid November or even a week or so of freezing temps.(highs of 25 degrees and below) in January or early February. Winter snows have tended to be most abundant throughout January, in recent years, while lighter snows tend to occur during late November through mid December. There usually tends to be one to two prominent snow storms throughout the season. AWD would be very helpful during these times. Spring this year was about average with the exception of flash flooding in certain areas.

Is there a limit to how many passengers I can have in my vehicle under the age of 18 in Ohio?
Question:
I don't quite remember but I thought I read somewhere that as long as I'm under the age of 18 I can only have 1 passenger in the car that is a non relative, is this true? I am currently 17 but I have had my license for over a year now. Also what are the limitations on having a passenger in the bed of a truck? If they are 17 and older is it legal to drive in a 35+ zone? Specifically in Cuyahoga Falls, Oh. Also, if you are 18 and only have your temps, do you have to be a licensed driver that is 18+ or 21+ to take that person driving?

Are the doctors striking back against America's socialist agenda?
Question:
First that army psychiatrist, now this... "An explosion inside a Cuyahoga Falls apartment building led police to a weapons arsenal that included more than four-dozen pipe bombs and firearms. Authorities say the tenant, Mark A. Campano, 56, suffered hand injuries following the Monday night explosion. He is being treated at Akron General Medical Center. Campano, a former doctor who was stripped of his license in 2006, has yet to be charged with any crime. The apartment complex of about 20 units was evacuated shortly before midnight. Police say they recovered at least 35 homemade pipe bombs, an assortment of 17 firearms and another weapon from inside Campano's car. One weapon was a .38-caliber pistol with a homemade silencer. Other bombs were in stages of construction. Tabak said bullets were also recovered from the apartment. ''There was tons of ammunition — hundreds of rounds of ammunition,'' he said. ''This was a large stockpile of bombs.'' http://www.ohio.com/news/73455622.html Should 0bama just drop 0bamacare, or does he really want to risk more innocent lives against these freedom fighters?
