What do you think Agents detain 15 suspected illegal immigrants in Henderson County?
Question:
Fifteen illegal immigrants were arrested and transported to the Henderson County Detention Facility on Dec. 15, according to a news release from the Henderson County Sheriff's Office. The suspects were charged with violations of immigration laws. On Dec. 14, the Henderson County Sheriff's Office received a disturbance complaint. The caller stated there were four males at the Bonaire Motel bragging they were illegal aliens and “running up and down the hallway saying you can't touch us.” The caller thought the individuals causing the disturbance were staying in Room 32 and were associated with a white Ford van with a Georgia license plate. The call was relayed to the local Immigrations & Customs Enforcement Criminal Apprehension office. CAP is a team of federal agents assigned to Western North Carolina but operates out of the Henderson County Sheriff's Office. Federal agents conducted surveillance and requested uniformed officers in marked cars for assistance. The investigation revealed a total of 15 illegal immigrants on the premises. Of those 15 illegal immigrants discovered, three had been removed from the country at least once before, investigators said. These individuals had criminal histories, including assault and battery with aggravated physical force, assault and battery, two domestic violence protective orders against them, larceny, harassing phone calls, two counts of possession of illegal drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. A fourth man has been linked to gang activity, specifically “SUR 13.” Additionally, agents and deputies located a loaded firearm. http://www.blueridgenow.com/article/20101219/ARTICLES /12191031/1008/sports?Title=Agents-detain-15-suspected-illegal-im migrants-in-Henderson

Answer:
I am truly surprised the law did anything to these illegal aliens, it seems the liberals want this nation full of these kind of people. Arizona made a law that would help keep these kind of people out of country, and Obama sued Jan Brewer the Arizona Governor and other law makers in the State of Arizona for trying to keep these exact same kind of people out our nation claiming it was racist. @ Reality has a Liberal Bias. It is just like this idiot Hussein Obama to throw money at every problem instead of working with the people that knows what is happening and shutting down our border to illegal aliens. He would rather sue Arizona for its efforts of stopping illegal aliens than shut down the border to illegal aliens. They don't need 600 million dollars or 1,000 more Border Patrol agents, they need for Hussein Obama to help with the problem by not suing states that is trying to stop the flow of illegal aliens into this country. We need to put the Military on our border with orders to shoot to kill anyone crossing our border illegally. That is what it will take to stop this problem, but you will not see that happening with this present administration.

what say you illegals running in motel hallway shouting nobody can touch us for being in country illegally LOL?
Question:
A total of 15 illegal aliens were arrested at the Bonair Motel last Tuesday, according to the Henderson County Sheriff's Department. Sheriff Rick Davis said the suspects were transported to the county detention facility for violation of federal immigration laws. The arrests were made by the local Immigration and Customs Enforcement criminal apprehension office, which is a team of federal agents assigned to Western North Carolina and operating out of the Henderson County Sheriff's Department. The sheriff said the agents were acting on a complaint that 4 males were at the Bonair Motel bragging that they were, in fact, illegal aliens, running up and down the hallways, and claiming that no one could touch them. The federal agents responded with uniformed officers and marked cars from the local sheriff's department. Of the 15 involved, three had been removed from the country on at least one prior occasion...and had criminal histories which ranged from assault and battery, aggravated physical force, domestic violence, larceny harrassing phone calls, and various drug violations. A fourth suspect involved has been linked to the SUR 13 criminal gang, said the sheriff...and a loaded fireman was located during the arrests at the motel. Sheriff Davis said without the help of a concerned citizen, those illegal aliens would have gone undetected. He added that this case is a good example of how those local federal agents, and the sheriff's department, co-operate to suppress such criminal activity. And, said the sheriff, anyone with a criminal past, citizen or not, does not ned to be in our community. http://www.whkp.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id =5197 Greasy Tony said SUR 13 criminal gang is harmless and only bother other gang memebers otherwise they are productive citizens of America, here for a better life

Answer:
It sounds as if, perhaps, they were engaged in premature DREAM Act celebrations. I'm sure they'll be well treated during the deportation process.
