i am 15 when i turn 16 i am going to move out because i feel like i can do so much better in life with out being held back by my family. my grandma has also offered to help me. i am looking to live in apex north carolina. i was loo at about how much a 2 bdr/ 1 bath apartment would be and it was anywhere from $500-$600 a month. i make around $250 a week. im not planning on having a roommate. i know its going to be tight but i wanted to know about how much all the other bills would be like home phone, cell phone, internet, electricity, water, food, gas, car insurance, personal care and medical bills. i also know there are deposits on the apartment you have to pay. and also installation for internet, electricity and cell phone. i just want an approximate number on how much it would be a month including rent.

oh my, you don't have enough money for all that. An average for me Rent (we'll use yours at 600) also take into account the deposit which is often one months rent up front Groceries- 150ish cell- 55 cable/internet-80 gas/water- 50 laudry- 20 gas- 75 car insurance-60 electric- probably minimum of 50, most likely higher Total: 1140, and this is just a low end estimate. Doesn't include miscellaneous, going out, buying some clothes, paying to go out to eat, repair of car, possible renters insurance, those upfront fees to install internet and cable, some places want deposits on electric and water, and all this can add up to hundreds and hundreds more. The numbers do not add up in your favor.

What can I do if a PA state trooper pulled over the wrong person?

I was driving south bound on I-79 about 3 miles north of I-80. He came to the window asked for license, insurance, and registration. I gave it too him, he went back to his car and came back gave me a ticket and told me to go on my way. The officer was polite and I was polite in return, but the ticket said I was going 83 in a 65 (and cost $162.50). I know that I wasn't driving that fast and I even checked GPS which said I had a max speed of 76 (I know its not reliable). The officer was positioned on top of a hill at the apex of a curve and in the time it took him to catch up to my car was at least 1 to 1.5 miles. In the time it took him to catch up we also went around another corner where he could not see me. I was in the right hand lane and when I passed the cop there had been a green mazda or toyota that was about 500 yards ahead, who had just flew passed me (i drive a green honda accord). Also it was overcast (low visibility). I know this was a mistake what should I do? The reason I was going 76 is because I just got off of I-90 where the speed limit is 75, i didn't admit to speeding I admitted to not going 83mph. The question is what to do when I was incorrectly pulled over. Please don't give a thumbs up to people who don't answer the question. It makes this whole thing pointless.
