What are these mysterious cars I keep seeing on the interstate?
Question:
For awhile now I've been seeing some mysterious cars driving around. I live in Lordsburg, New Mexico and one day when I was traveling to Silver City. I saw 2 very strange black cars. They were very unique. They were sedans. At first I thought I saw a Mitsubishi logo on them. But I thought to myself it couldn't be. Then just this weekend I went to Las Cruces. On Interstate 10 I saw about 10 of those very same mysterious black cars again. They were all sedans and they were all black. I think I might have seen one with a two tone paint job of black on top and brown on the bottom but I'm not sure. What are these cars? I don't see the badge of any manufacturer on these cars. They look like they might be a 2010 or 2011 model. I thought they might be and Audi or Acura. Can somebody tell me what this car is so I can look up the name on Google Images to see if it's the one I see? Please help me.

Answer:
Black sedans.... That doesn't tell us much. Maybe they were test mules for future production cars. Did they look anything like the cars you see here?? http://www.bmwblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011-bmw-5-seri es-spy-shots_100231334_l.jpg http://www.blogcdn.com/www.autoblog .com/media/2008/06/bmw.5gt1.kgp.ed_opt.jpg http://lexusenthusias t.com/images/weblog/07-06-12-lexus-lf-a-spy-shots.jpg http://www .vans-cars-leasing.info/images/porsche_panamera_spy_shots_2.jpg http://www.emercedesbenz.com/Images/Nov08/13_2010_Mercedes_Benz_E _Class_Convertible/13_2010_Mercedes_Benz_E_Class_Convertible_1.jp g They all have camouflage to hide what the car looks like

Why do American politicians say they want hispanics to assimilate and then run campaigns in Spanish?
Question:
I was born in the United States and my family has a very extensive history in the southwest, since it was New Spain. We speak both Spanish and English in my family, we vote, we pay taxes, we buy cars and houses, invest in the market, and we cling to our latino roots and culture as it's being ripped from our hands. People like Sen. Cornyn say things like, we must avoid the balkinization of America, and "THEY" must assimilate to our "ANGLO" culture... Being from Texas, he should realize that anglo culture is an illegal import. He tells us we all need to speak English, and yet on his website he has a Spanish translation for his page. What is so threatening about my culture to American men and women. You can't go to Arizona or New Mexico, or California, Texas, Colorado, Florida, or Nevada and expect it to be like New England. It's called New Mexico for a reason, and you won't find a New London here in NM, but rather Madrid, Española, Las Cruces, Cuba etc... What do you think?

Answer:
Politicians are sell-outs. I'm from Santa Fe, New Mexico, myself. From what I've seen, most illegal-immigrants are good people. However, the reason so many Americans are worried is because the immigration is going unchecked and unregulated. Although most illegal-immigrants are good people, it doesn't change the fact that they're spitting on our laws by coming here illegally. Also, not ALL illegal immigrants are good people. We need to be able to weed out the rapists, murderers, and drug dealers. We remember the demonstrations last year, when hundreds of thousands of illegal-immigrants, nation-wide were shutting down major metropolitan areas by marching with MEXICAN flags in hand. Many of these people are not loyal to our country and subscribe to the idea of Aztlan. Google it. Also, google "Plan of San Diego." This is why we're bothered.

Buying a car out of state!?
Question:
I would like to purchase a 2008 chevy malibu LS from a car dealership in El Paso, Texas but unfortunately I live about an hour away in Las Cruces, New Mexico so this is my first time buying a car and I have no idea how this works, how do I purchase an out of state car? Is there some special forms I have to fill out for it to be registered in New Mexico? And I understand I have to pay taxes on the car but which states taxes do I pay New Mexico's or Texas'? I am just really confused! I have never done this before let alone buy a car out of state! And anyone just maybe give me a simple outline of how buying a car out of state works? Thanks :]

Answer:
If your state and Texas have a reciprocal tax agreement, you pay the taxes at the dealership and they handle registration...if not, you will pay the taxes in New Mexico. At any rate, the dealer will help with these questions. It is not a scary situation at all and happens more often than you think. Good luck

is this right? my brother got deported into mexico for not carrying his visa. his visa was also taken away.?
Question:
he was coming from las cruces new mexico with a friend. so immigration was just following them until they decided to pull them over. they separated the two.. my brother was taken to the immigration car and the driver (my bro's friend) stayed in the truck. so the officer asked my bro for his documents, he said i dont have them with me so they detained him. he had forgotten it in my car cuz we had recently crossed from mexico through el paso..so anyways he was detained...he gave me a quick call and told me i forgot my visa in ur car and immigration has me.. so i called and around 8pm he called me telling me he was being deported to mexico and he could no longer use his visa lazer to come to usa. he told me he had to sign a document saying he volunteerly turned himself in.. i told him he shouldnt of but he was told if he didnt sign he would be punished for about 6 months..as soon as they released him they said u can renovate ur visa...now is that normal...he was legally in the usa just that he didnt have his id with him at time.. he had fingerprints and picture taken... it said there he has a visa and no bad record at all... should we try to do anything about it? or its normal...sorry so long..just explaining what happened so it could be detailed information...any advice thank you everyone has the right to believe whatever they want so i dont really care if someone believes me or not but i would like to thank to those who actually gave me some advice or feed back..thank you so much... you guys are right he should of had his visa with him...i just think that when they took his finger prints and his informations showed up it said hes was here legally... the problem was that he never got the chance to call me and tell me where he was so i could take him his visa, he just called me from his cell like for ten seconds and told me that his visa must be in my car, he forgot to put it back on his wallet... but oh well i will contact an immigration attorney...thank you... thank you so much for your response ibmmuseu.... i didnt know about those regulations and well that explains why it was revoked... now he signed a paper saying that he volunteered to be deported or something like that... the officer told him he could reaply for another visa as soon as he wanted...many people have told me that immigration can say anything to get you to sign something... what do you think... im sorry im kinda young and dont know what to do to help my brother... we really want him here in the usa or at least visit since our dad is sick and well i wish he could come back to visit... any advice... some people have also told me that that paper he signed says he could not be allowed for 10 years.. he didnt read it...i know his bad...he understands somewhat english but his reading is not all that... besides like i had mentioned before he just wanted to get out of there and well they said if he didnt sign he could get penalized for at least 6 months before he can reapply

Answer:
I´m surprised that no one has picked up on the actual reason here - The ¨visa lazer¨ described is a ¨Border Crossing Card¨, which allows qualifying Mexican Nationals entry into the United States for a maximum of 72 hours, and to travel up to 25 miles (75 miles in Arizona) from the border into the Southwest border states (other than Arizona, the states of Texas, New Mexico, and California). Las Cruces has Border Patrol checkpoints for this reason, and is further than 25 miles from the border. So even with the BCC (there are ways to apply to make it authorized the same as a B2 tourist visa, with no distance and longer time limitations) he would of been beyond where he was allowed to go. Since he didn´t follow the limitations, they can take the BCC card away. Sorry, that is the constraints on the card.
