Question:
I wash my car outside, but i need a powerful vacuum machine to do the interior, where can i find one of those coin operated ones? I live in Morristown and I haven't seen those around here

Answer:
There is one on Rt. 46W in Pine Brook. But the vacuums are outside of a carwash, not a gas station.

Why would you think anyone could answer you question, no one can appraise a home without seeing it and takes hours of research to do an appraisal. What you are asking is like how much is a blue car with new tires and 4 doors worth.

Best time of day to travel into NYC?
Question:
I work in Morristown, NJ and occasionally need to travel to our other location in New York City. I live in Northeast PA so I leave my house crazy early and get to work early... usually after I do some stuff here I will leave maybe around 9:00 (figure after the worst traffic?) and head to the city... nevertheless traffic is still pretty rough and I probably hit about an hour's worth of delays (meaning if there were no other cars it would take me a little over 30 minutes, but instead it takes me an hour and 30). So what's your opinion of the best time to travel into the city by means of 78 to 95 to Lincoln Tunnel etc... Would you say traffic is worse at 7am, 8, 9, 10...? And whats the best time to leave (usually I leave the city around 2 and it's clear past the tunnel. Thanks!

Answer:
If there is a time when the Lincoln Tunnel is not backed up, I haven't heard of it. Would the George Washington Bridge work for you? If so, hit it after 10 am, when traffic except for trucks should be reasonable, and the highway downtown from there does not allow trucks. If you normally leave at 2, or even as late as 3 pm, you should have fairly easy going. Much after 3, though, and you might as well wait until 9 pm.

What do you think of my novel so far?
Question:
Chapter 1: I stared out of my window, expressionless, as I watched the rain fall. I was home alone, no one close for miles. My mom and dad had left to Muncie, Ohio to see my mom’s parents. Then they would go to Morristown, New York to see my dad’s. I was used to staying home alone; I was already 19, so if I wanted to drive somewhere, I could easily slip into my Mercedes. I had a job. I had money. And I had a license. I got up and strolled across the room to my computer. It said I had 2 emails from my parents. They had a laptop with them so they could keep in touch. I clicked one. Valerie, Hey its your mom, just checking on you. We are still on the plane. We will probably be in Muncie in another 2-3 hours. Send me a response as soon as you get this. I love you, Mom I sighed and clicked “reply”. Mom, Okay. I got the message. Everything is good. Its been raining a lot. I love you, too. Val I clicked the other email and it popped open. Valerie, If you plan to go anywhere, please tell us so we know you are safe! We forgot to mention this in the other email. Okay well I love you. Bye. Mom Once again, I clicked reply. Mom, That’s funny because I was just about to go outside and ride around. I’ll bring my phone in case something happens. Okay bye! Val I shut down my computer and walked outside, thankful I had my jacket on. I threw the hood over, onto my head, and ran to my Mercedes. I jumped in and put the key in the ignition. I started it and backed out of my gravel drive-way onto the empty street. I lived in Valley City, Illinois. Not very many people lived here. In fact, in 2000 there was only 14 people who lived in Valley City. I cruised down my street, looking at the sun setting against the winter sky. I drove around, looking at the scenery. My family chose here to live because we like being alone. It runs in the family. I am going to describe myself. I have slick, black hair that shines and hangs just below my waistline. My eyes are light blue, which is weird because not one family member that I know has blue eyes, so I stand out. I have dark, tan skin and I’m 5’9”. I love playing softball. I put the car in auto-drive for a second and I leaned back in my seat and closed my eyes. I felt a head-ache coming on. When I opened my eyes again, there was suddenly a boy on the side of the road. --- This is not even half of what I have written so far. If you want the full story, just tell me..

Answer:
If you are writing a novel I have some suggestions for you. You may want to make the chapters longer then that, most novels have at least 2-3 pages per chapter. Some novels have many more then that (15-20 page chapters). The story feels kind of rushed with little detail. Another pointer, you should never come right out and describe a character. Try giving little hints as to what the look like or explain it slowly, through their actions. For example "I stood in front of the mirror and stared at the reflection. Soft blue eyes framed by long black eyelashes returned my gaze. I smiled slightly and the image reflected it. Sighing quietly I ran my hand through my silky black hair. I'd been growing it out since I was little and now it was done below my waist. It was a pain to brush it out in the morning." Something like that. Also, it's very unlikely that only 14 people lived in a town in 2000. If your writing realistic fiction then you might want to make things accurate, unless it is a made up town she lives in. There are some grammar errors in there that you might want to check out. Good luck! Keep writing!
