Questions Related to hillside, new cars

I need a new beginning to this chapter! Help!?
Question:
I have just started the fourth chapter to my book and I absolutely hate how it starts! Can any one give me advice on how to change it? Here it is.... A young boy looked up at the large hillside country house and took a deep breath. He opened the door to his new car and got out gagging slightly at the fresh air that he wasn‘t exactly used to. He straightened out his suit and walked up the enormous hill. He knocked on the front door of the house, and no one responded. Looking around he noticed a sign on the wall. Sorry we are out of the house at the moment, or are around back at the stables so please go around back where our daughters’ Gryffyn and Genie will possibly be. Thank you have a nice day. The boy rolled his eyes and walked around the side of the house and saw someone shoveling in the stables. He quickly walked up to it to see just the blonde he was looking for. “Hello Gryffyn.” he said smoothing down his black hair, and smirking at her. Without looking up at him she replied, “Hello Marcus. What are you doing on my property?” “Um I wanted to asked you something.” There was a long silence, as Marcus messed with his tie, and Gryffyn shoveled the manure out of the walk way. “Ask now because I don’t have all day.” “Okay, uh Gryffyn. You and me. School dance Friday. What do you say?” Gryffyn looked at him and shook her head. “I say that if you don’t leave right now, Marcus Ronald Grey, manure will be all over that nice suit of yours.” the British blonde said, and continued shoveling. Marcus narrowed his conveniently grey colored eyes at her and walked away. Gryffyn’s older sister soon came running out of their country house, she looked at Marcus as he walked by her, and then ran towards the stables. “What the bloody hell is wrong with you Gryff?” she asked, trying to avoid stepping in manure as she was wearing her favorite pink high heels. Gryffyn rolled her eyes, and stuck the shovel into the ground, turning towards her big sister. “What do you mean Genie?” “What I mean is you just turned down an invite to the dance from Marcus Grey, the hottest guy at our school.” Gryffyn sighed as she wiped her hands on her dirty jeans, and rolled up the sleeves of her plaid red shirt. “If you like him so much, then why don’t you go with him. Chances are he hasn’t left yet.” Genie rolled her light blue eyes, and scoffed. “You don’t ask Marcus Grey to a dance, Marcus Grey asks you.” she explained. “And what the bloody hell am I supposed to do with him afterwards anyway?” Gryffyn shrugged. “I don’t know find a garden shed and shag like bunnies, like you did with Royce Masterson last year.” Gryffyn smirked as Genie fumed. She flipped her light brown hair over her shoulder. “How do you know about that!?” she hissed. Gryffyn rolled her golden eyes. “I sadly caught you two “going at it” and to tell you the truth I still have the mental scars. There are some things that never go away.” Gryffyn shuddered for added affect. She silently laughed as Genie huffed and walked away. Gryffyn sighed as she put her shovel away. She walked over to one of the empty stalls. “I’ll get you soon, enough.” she whispered, staring at the unmarked plaque. She looked down at her watch as it beeped, and sighed. “Okay then time for work.” Gryffyn walked out of the stable and towards the house. Opening the screen door, she pulled her whistle out of her shirt pocket and blew it. “Kyrie! Come on girl!” Soon she heard the pitter patter of little paws, and loud yapping. From around the corner an adorable Pomeranian appeared, and ran over to her master. Kyrie sat down and held her head up high, ready to have her leash put on. Gryffyn grabbed the blue leash, and her satchel, and when they were ready the two headed out. Walking towards the dirt path, Gryffyn paused, looking back at the house she had called home for the past 16 years. The canary yellow and white house wasn’t small, but just big enough to fit the middle-class family that lived there -- and their dog of course. She lived there with her dad, Patrick, her mom, Harriet, and of course her eighteen year old sister Genie. Kyrie barked breaking Gryffyn out of her reminiscing and the pair continued on their way to the bus station down the road.

Calling all true Americans! Please Read. This is long but it's great.?
Question:
The other day I heard someone say, "You know, America is in real trouble." It's true. Old Glory has never fallen so close to the earth. Our embassies are being stoned. Our diplomats are often in fear for their lives. And we're involved in a half-dozen nameless, winless conflicts spilling American blood on foreign soil. Our young men are dying for ideals that don't seem to mean too much to Americans anymore. The truth is America's real trouble doesn't lie in the rice paddies of Vietnam, in the masses of Red China, or in the diabolical intrigues to the south of us. The real trouble lies in the playgrounds of St. Louis, the hillside mansions of San Francisco, and in the slums of Chicago. A disease which is slowly eating away at the heart of America lives in the small southern towns, the fishing villages of New England, and in the hot dusty streets of the midwest. This is the age of the American cynic. The year of the unbeliever. The day of doubt. We've killed all the sacred cows and destroyed all the images. And there's nothing left to respect. Old fashioned love of God, country, and family is passe. We stare at our shoelaces when they play the national anthem. We wouldn't want to be seen at a political rally or a town hall meeting. And we don't want to be caught with our eyes closed during public prayers. We've decided the only way to get into public office is to buy it. Our heroes are the fast guys who get away with things. Patriotism, the old hand-over-the-heart, flag-waving singing patriotism has been condemned. Think about this. Patriotism. When you tear away the fancy phrases and crepe paper, it's plain and simple pride. It's a new car-prettier girl-bigger house sort of pride in country. Somewhere along the way we've lost it. Our form of government is the same. We still say America stands for the same things. But next time you're at a party, ask someone to sing "America the Beautiful", and see what happens. The basic ideals and structure of America haven't changed. We have. You and me. Our enemies know it. They've seen the newsreels of the discontented marching around the capitol. They've distorted and blown up our mistakes. They've been putting steel wedges in the cracks in our wall of solidarity. The new idea is: Don't attack America; wear it down gradually; it'll eventually fall under the weight of its own corruption. And did you know, it's working? This sneering complacency, once stamped out by the bloody feet of a tattered Continental Army in 1776, once drowned beneath the keel of the U.S.S. Arizona in Pearl Harbor Bay, has risen again. This deadly "Let George do it" attitude lights the way for the Viet Cong in the swampy jungles of Vietnam. This "Better red than dead" cancer is more feared by the American soldier than all the communist mortar shells. It kills the vitality and spirit of America. Democracy is a frail and fragile instrument. Made of hope, prayer, and Yankee ingenuity. It is held together by a fourth-of-July flag-waving patriotism. And we've almost exhausted our supply of it. Try this test. Lift your eyes to a flag, then sing out as loud as you can that old out-worn antiquated freedom hymn you learned so many years ago: For purple mountain majesties (for purple mountain majesties) Above the fruited plain (above the fruited plain) America (America) America (America) God shed His grace on thee (God shed His grace on thee) Now if you feel a little pride welling up inside of you, if you feel a little mist in your eye, then, thank God for you, mister, you're still an American! Tell me do you think it's better to be red (stands for communism which is a form of socialism) than dead? You don't understand anything myrrdin_810

Answer:
Welcome to what communists have said for 90 years, "give me 10% of your population and I'll take over your government" The kiddies that have grown up under "progressive" education in America are taken over; they are of the10% flavor and don't even know it, one only needs to look at the people B-Ho has appointed. The democratic party is a pathetic apologists for the same. Republicans are fiddling as Rome burns...The new face of Communists is painted as successful Chinese (thank you Nixon and Wal Mart) and the Michael Moore's of the world are painting the same. So, yes we are in trouble, but know this: the majority of Americans are starting to understand that something is happening and they don't like it or even understand it. November 2010 will decide if the 'folks' take a stand or continue to accept the socialistic sewer. The B-Ho is the Manchurian candidate. Fifty years ago he would have been tried for treason and sedition. People today think we live in a democracy and government has the solutions. The morphing of America has been slow and silent, but the rate has accelerated to warp speed and that has caught our attention.

Are immigrants moving out the usual states and into sundown towns where non-whites are not allowed?
Question:
Copyright The Washington Post Company Feb 21, 2006 PUBLISHED CORRECTIONS: The photo of a "Whites Only" sign on Page One on Feb. 21 should have been credited to the Tubman African American Museum in Macon, Ga. (Published 2/24/2006) Anthony Griffin remembers the signs. How could he forget them? A black lawyer, he grew up in Baytown, Tex. Back in high school in the late '60s and early '70s, he would borrow his mom's car and drive around East Texas, exploring. He saw the signs in a couple of towns. "I was terrified," he says. "You're driving with your buddies and you say, 'Thank God, it's not dark. Let's get the hell out.' " George Brosi remembers the signs, too. Editor of Appalachian Heritage magazine, he recalls seeing one sign in southern Kentucky back in the 1990s when he was a college English teacher. "It was on Highway 461," he says. "It stayed up for about a year and then it mysteriously disappeared. It was probably five feet across and three feet tall. It was off the right-of-way, up on a hillside in an overgrown pasture." The signs are gone now but once they were a part of America's roadside culture, posted along the highway at the town or county line, a blunt reminder of brutal racism. "Most read 'N*****, Don't Let the Sun Set on You in -- ,' " says James Loewen, the Washington-based author of a controversial new book called "Sundown Towns." But sometimes, he adds, the sign makers tried to get clever. "Some came in a series, like the old Burma Shave signs, saying, ' . . . If You Can Read . . . You'd Better Run . . . If You Can't Read . . . You'd Better Run Anyway.' " Most of the signs were posted in the first half of the 20th century, Loewen says, but some lingered on long afterward. They were not a Southern phenomenon, he stresses. They were found all over the United States with local variations: In Colorado: "No Mexicans After Night." In Connecticut: "Whites Only Within City Limits After Dark." In Nevada, the ban was expanded to include those the sign- writers term "Japs." All told, Loewen says, he found evidence of more than 150 sundown signs in 31 states. But he wasn't researching the sundown signs. They were just symbols. He was researching sundown towns, which he defines as "towns that were all white on purpose." He found lots of them -- far more than he expected when he began his research in his home state of Illinois about five years ago. Copyright New York Amsterdam News Jun 14-Jun 20, 2007 In my mother's family, they tell stories of how my great-grandfather, William Rufus Fortney, was swindled out of his title to 50 acres of land in Albany, Georgia. When I was younger, I thought those stories were unique to our family, and possibly a few others. But in December 2001, the Associated Press released a series of reports entitled, "Torn from the Land." During their 18-month investigation, the AP documented the ways in which thousands of African-American families lost title to land throughout this country due to violence, fraudulent schemes and threats imposed by majority white populations. . Now, what were once stories passed down through generations of Black families are more frequently being documented in books-many of them by white authors. Last year, James W. Loewen published "Sundown Towns: A Hidden Dimension of American Racism," which dealt with the many towns across the country that won't allow non-whites to peacefully remain within their borders after sundown.

Answer:
Does racism exist in America. Yes it does as it exists in every country in the world. Illegal immigration is not a civil rights issue, The pros tired and failed on that. It is not a racial issue 80 some % of americans are agaist illegal immigration. No one race in America holds that number. The bottom line is illegals broke the law and want anmesty. Congress tried it the people spoke out and it failed. Game Set Match. Illegals go home or be deported. There will be no amnesty.

Is it possible to have A single favourite song???
Question:
I don't think it is. After years of listiening, I have narrowed it down to a pool: 1. Television - Marquee Moon 2. Devendra Banhart - Samba Vexillographica 3. Tortoise - I Set My Face to the Hillside 4. Akira Yamaoka - Dance with Night Wind 5. New Order - True Faith 6. Tim Buckley - Once I Was 7. Bjork - The Modern Things 8. Kraftwerk - Neon Lights 9. Arcade Fire - Cars and Telephones 10. Belle and Sebastian - Black and White Unite But depending on my mood, any one of these (and some others besides) could be my favourite. Can people really say for them, one song above all others is their favourite? If so, what is it?

Answer:
nopeee!!.. tried to think of one song!.. but theres about 20 flying around in my head.. :oP..

Spiritually speaking... should this good deed be punished?
Question:
http://www.nbcnewyork.com/news/local/School-Bus-Driver-Fired-He-S ays-For-Helping-Police-127273043.html?dr A school bus driver on Long Island is fighting to regain his job after being fired last week for being a Good Samaritan, apparently against company policy. George Daw claimed he was terminated because he helped three Nassau County police detectives during last Monday's hail and rain storm. "I felt this was something anyone would do under the circumstances," said Daw, 58. Daw was driving a mini-bus carrying a teenage passenger and a bus matron last Monday as golf ball-size hail and torrential rain pelted New Hyde Park. On Hillside Avenue, Daw came upon on a stalled unmarked police car carrying detectives, according to Detective Lt. Raymond Cote. The car had been filling with water. "They're saying, you've got to help us, you've got to help us," said Daw. "You've got to get us to the third precinct. We're police officers."

Answer:
Um, I'm unfamiliar with local laws there, but many jurisdictions & countries have so called good samaritan laws, making it a criminal offence to just walk away....the victims involved are police officers, denying direct requests from them may even fall under some kind of obstruction of justice...again, I'm not familiar with their laws... It seems stupid on the surface, for sure...but completely unreal over all... Maybe there is something in his employment history that has had his employers waiting for the first opportunity to fire him & this is his first real infraction.

Fans of 70's progressive, hard rock, etc...what do you think of the following bands?
Question:
Hello R&P. Here's a few bands that some of you may or may not have heard before. These are some of my video uploads over at Youtube, which are quite basic...various images, photos & scans of my vinyl album covers, combined with a vinyl rip as the audio source. First up...Italian progressive rock band "Goblin". Known in the 70's/80's for supplying soundtracks to horror movies by the likes of Dario Argento and George A. Romero, they also released a handful of great prog albums... Goblin - Aquaman: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QOvZKxhdvAQ Secondly, here's Chicken Shack...a late 60's/early 70's band with ties to Fleetwood Mac via Christine Perfect/McVie. This video features two songs taken from their 5th album, where the band was reduced to a 3-piece power trio playing hard blues/rock... Chicken Shack - Daughter Of The Hillside / Crying Won't Help You Now... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nj_hVoQSUk8 Third up is the early/mid 70's French Canadian progressive rock band "Contraction". Fans of the Dutch band "Focus" and Frank Zappa might enjoy this, as there are some similarities in the music. Contraction - Jos Choeur (Ouverture) / L'alarme à l'oeil / Sam m'Madown / L'âme à tout faire... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=acZCzM_GOns Fourth is the 70's Krautrock band "Thirsty Moon"...two songs featured here. The first, a sort of spacey hard rocker, the second a longer trippy number... Thirsty Moon - Rooms Behind Your Mind . Big City... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ocFLaLS0a_0 Fifth is the late 60s/early 70s Danish band "Day Of Phoenix". These guys were one of the many bands that bridged late 60's psychedelic with 70's progressive rock. At times they sort of remind me of a more progressive sounding Grateful Dead. Both "Day Of Phoenix" albums were produced by Tony Reeves, who was the bassist with the UK prog band "Colosseum"... Day Of Phoenix - Wide Open N Way... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7F6VwVoCYTw Sixth is another long time favourite of mine, the Greek band "Socrates" aka "Socrates Drank The Conium". They started out as a hard blues/rock band in the late 60s/early 70's, and later moved towards a more progressive sound. Eventually taking on Vangelis as producer and co-collaborator. This video features two songs taken from their heavier phase... Socrates (Drank The Conium) - Naked Trees / Destruction... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nuHw9bynXFs Seventh, a very short lived Canadian Post Punk/New Wave/Prog band known as "Instructions". They were hard to peg...sort of Ultravox meets The Cars in a way I suppose, but with progressive rock tendencies. I featured four songs within this video taken from their only album released in 1980...there is a link to my other "Instructions" video within this vide (towards the end)...along with another link on the Youtube comments page itself... Instructions - The Factory / OK / Cleek / Wicked Heart... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbTSrjGNsNw And finally, one of my favourite 70's prog bands...from Sweden, Trettioåriga Kriget... Trettioåriga Kriget - Fjärilsattityder / Murar / Kaledoniska Orogenesen... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RY7983oBZQ What are thoughts regarding these bands? Cheers! In hindsight, perhaps I should have asked eight separate questions :) It's early Saturday afternoon for those of us in MST...so plenty of time to dust off your dancin' shoes in preparation for tonight's ball :) Ah yes...the dreaded "DayOf Phoenix" freak-out-cul-de-sac, Lol. As we all know, there's only one way outa one of those...and eventually you'll be lead back out onto the street @ 6:40... Yes...Chicken Shack must have been a great band to see live. Guitarist Stan Webb re-formed the band recently, and there's some excellent footage on Youtube...he's still got it! Stan was also great in the early 70s band "Broken Glass" with guitarist Robbie Blunt, formerly of "Silverhead", and later with Robert Plant's band. The tour de force within my Chicken Shack video is the second song "Crying Won't Help You Now"...(found @ 3:53)...fantastic playing, and the rhythm section really kicks :) @ CF...glad you like "Instructions"...one of the many lesser known Canadian bands of the 70's/80's. And yes, Devo comes to mind also...I think I mention that in the video info section as well :) Here's my other "Instructions" video... Instructions - So You Learn From Computers / Suburban Dream / Don't Say Love / Naked Deer... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja3sgrG8Kf4 @ CF...glad you like "Instructions"...one of the many lesser known Canadian bands of the 70's/80's. And yes, Devo comes to mind also...I think I mention that in the video info section as well :) Here's my other "Instructions" video... Instructions - So You Learn From Computers / Suburban Dream / Don't Say Love / Naked Deer... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ja3sgrG8Kf4 Translated, Trettioåriga Kriget means "Thirty Years War"...must have been a long football match. Heritage Classic...no plans yet. Are you going?...if you have a spare ticket for sale I might be interested :) Heritage Classic...no plans yet. Are you going?...if you have a spare ticket for sale I might be interested :) Well...it seems a couple of you prefer plain 'ol "meat and potatoes" when it comes to rock music. Day Of Phoenix turns around at the 6:40 mark. Like many psych/prog songs from that era (and song length greater than 10 minutes), there is sometimes a "freak-out" segment...I admit, that this segment within the Day Of Phoenix song is a tad boring (and long, nearly 2 minutes), and "getting lost" is a good way to describe it for a listener without patience, or willingness to endure. But the song does kick back into gear at 6:40.

Answer:
crikey, smiley, that's a lot to get through on a saturday night... i should be going out. (but i'm not) edit: goblin - don't think i know the band, but i've seen the films. so i must have heard some of them before. that tank-top at 06:26 is the best ever. i like this. chicken shack - the only name here i recognise. i'm sure they can be found playing at some boozy biker bash even now. ho hum. contraction - or is it reflux? hard to swallow. thirsty moon - norbert drogies? i love him already. but not his music. i'm gonna gong them off. day of phoenix - just when i'm beginning to enjoy it, it meanders off into a tuneless cul-de-sac. but some very nice parts here. socrates - most excellent. the first one so far i'm not losing interest in. keeping it simple, but effective. instructions - ok, i'm an ultravox fan... i'm picking up echoes of devo, flashes of x-ray spex, and all manner of new-waviness. maybe i should have followed them. trettioariga krigit - rumour has it that in 1973, at the very first progball tournament, the swedes and the danes played out an epic goal-less draw over three days of frustrating action. there were plenty of promising attacks, but they all seemed to end in either an over-elaborate cross, or an inexplicable long ball back to the keeper. the match was abandoned when henrik friis strained his wrist during a frenetic break. edit2: thanks for taking the time to showcase :)

Is Afghanistan wealthier and more developed than a lot of people think?
Question:
I was a contractor in Afghanistan off-and-on for a couple years until this summer, and before I went, people warned me that Afghanistan suffered from "incredible" poverty, and that people were "unbelievably" poor over there. Yeah, there are a lot of poor people, but actually, most of the cities are a lot wealthier than I thought they'd be. Seriously; all those little regional cities like Chaghcharan or Tarin Kowt have their own airports (not just airSTRIPS like you see in rural New Guinea or Africa), and the larger cities have big markets full of all kinds of stuff, from food to DVDs to appliances. Especially Kabul, Herat and Mazar. Those places have some serious money coming in from traders and "businessmen." They've got those small but well-stocked malls, and lots of cars on the roads. Obviously there is a lot of poverty in Afghanistan, but since everyone basically works off-the-books, I think the country is wealthier than the statistics claim. And it's definitely NOT the poorest country I've ever seen. New Guinea is poorer; DR Congo looked way poorer for the most part; even India has slums that look just as bad or worse than those hillside shacks and mountain villages. Do you think people overstate Afghanistan's poverty?

Answer:
I think simply it's a matter of perspective. I'd say the majority of the "people" you are refering to are either A) young to middle aged Americans who go to AFG after having only to America, Europe, and North America or B) Americans and Europeans that have never been to AFG and are only seeing it on the news. Adding to the "A" category would be those that have been to are are comparing AFG to Iraq which is much more developed than AFG. Personally I've been all over America, Europe, Iraq and Afghanistan and by far Afghanistan is the poorest place I've ever seen. I also think you did a lot of sight seeing in AFG, not taking enough of the scenic routes. I've spent 3 combat tours in AFG, and 2 of them contained a lot of sight seeing around Kabul, MeS, and Kandahar, while the last one was only combat patrols out in the AFG version of styx where the people barely have the neccessities to live much less DVDs and appliances. P.S. by the way that 'large and well stocked malls' are called bazaars and that the middle east version of a flea market, with the option to go to a mall or supermarket.

do you believe this dream?
Question:
This is a message from my online friend below: a message I was given...Jesus is coming.. : Now this is very strange to me because im not Catholic, and I never pray to the virgin Mary or anything, I dont know any catholics, and Im not around any catholic influence. I had a dream the other night that has stuck with me like glue. In the dream it was nighttime, and I was standing on a green hillside overlooking a valley and a mountain range across the valley from where I was. Suddenly, the sky behind the mountain lit up in a white brilliance, and from behind the mountain rose the virgin Mary, until she was in the sky just above the mountain, and she was a good 1-2 miles high, just huge. Behind her was a massive, beautiful golden/white/yellow light that lit up the night like it was daytime. She was encircled in a white/pink light that was like a rainbow moving all around her. She had a golden/yellow halo around her head, and she was dressed in a long white robe. She looked straight at me and said "Jesus will be here soon." I never said a word the entire dream, and after that I woke up. It was crazy! But it was beautiful too. A sense of urgncy was instilled in me, that we have to really get serious about living righteously and livin for God, not just going to church to try and get a reward for ourselves. Jesus is worth loving, the Father is worth loving, simply because of who they are. Its time to try and please Him, not because we want to be blessed, but because we care about pleasing Him. Being blessed is just a perk of serving such a wonderful God and loving Savior. And it's time the workers get to working. God is softening hearts to receive Him, and receive witnesses testimonies. The harvest is plenty, but the laborers are few!!! Jesus will be back soon, and He's given us the authority and responsibility to tell others about Him, and not just be selfish Christians. I THINK the reasoning of virgin mary is to communicate to the Catholic, to get right with GOD..to get HOT for Jesus, for them who are lukewarm or cold toward GOD and JESUS..will miss the coming of JESUS. still might e a year or few, and preparing onself is not a hour thing, or a weekend thing, it's an everyday thing of being in the spirit of faith, of truth..of love and being In Christ's Spirit here on the earth. pretty much, generally speaking..the others denomination had been preparing themselves, but them inbetween the ready 5 virgin bride with extra oil(anointing) and the other 5 virgin bride are not preparing self for the coming of Christ, and them who just recently recieved Christ will enter in, for their love didn't grow lukewarm or cold. as the seven letters to the church..HE said..i have this against you.you have lost your first love (to him)..you do the work of love, and talk it..ect...but the love relationship is diming and growing cold.by the hour. time is pretty short when all these world's signpost showing sign of his coming...we the bride are not united nor ready. so truly re dedicate yourself, 10% and more per day with GOD..in reading his words, in praying for others, loeaders, pastors, in quiet time with him..to hear him..ect. 2 1/2 hours per day, is 10% of your day. give him your First time in the morning..in thanks giving of what you have..and what is to come...and give prayer for governors, mayor, armed foreces, president of USA, congress perons and assistants..ect...and then listen to worship on your travel to work.. and give him time coming home from work..count your blessing to have a spouse, kids, roof over your head, car/truck/minivan to drive, ect..and learn something new..there are lots of tv evangelists, preachers on tv..in an anointed book to set you free, or cd/tape teaching..or go to church..ect..keep the flow of truth, love, from above flowing into you..and when you are filling up...you're getting read robert

Answer:
Yes, I too had a dream that He would return. He siezed the unbelievers in His Noodly Appendages and cast them into the vat of simmering tomato sauce. Then He carried me up to Heaven and set me down next to the Beer Volcano. I was just tasting my first sip, when I woke up! RAmen!

What if you knew about an iminent train wreck before it happened and were powerless to stop it ?????
Question:
What if you knew about a hazard to a commutor train, told the train company and the Att.General /National Tranzportation Safety Comm. and got nowere!!! I see a landslide growing by the day near the commutor tracks in my town. IT started when a massive underground quartz cavity called a vug or druce collapsed and slidd down the embankment to land about four feet from the active track!!! hypothetical situation?
Question:
(hypothetical situation)Im talking HUGE science breakthroughs, like lets say via waves everyones brain produces, you can tune into them, like read someones mind, and control every move they make.(i know sounds like science fiction)They figured out how to use 100% of their brain, and once you figure out how to use 100% you can even add more to your brain (go there).I know this sounds super extremely far faetched, but lets just SAY they have 100% documentable proof. They have proof worm holes exist all around us, and you can easily travel through time with this new technology. So what they did, is scientists convinced parents to put hidden cameras in their minor sons bedroom, bathroom, all around town, friends houses etc documenting his every move, and they made a live tv show about it without his knowledge or consent. In this they prove things like this exist for the public to see it with their own eyes, for example, a kid walked into his room and right as it happened, a glass that was in the middle of a chair, seriously slid right off the chair with no one around it(teleknesis). All of these new super powers if you will, will be made available to the public, and the show shows things about all of the new laws that will be in effect, where we are now with gang violence etc,the dangers of this new technology etc.The show goes on and on about everything happening and is going to happen. Now assuming this is true, the only way I KNOW of to film where there is expected privacy is for police to do it with a warrant. Now,if they got their warrant, could they STREAM this guys everyday life, in the bathroom, bedroom, friends houses, where he hangs out,his car etc. or would they have to ONLY show footage of a crime being commited.I also read "The motivation for covert video monitoring can make otherwise valid covert video monitoring in public areas illegal, or otherwise invalid covert video monitoring in private areas permissible. While there is wide latitude to covertly monitor in many settings, the covert video monitoring must not be done for an illegitimate reason. For example, the covert video monitoring cannot be for socially repugnant reasons, such as to harass, blackmail, or appeal to prurient interests. (Hernandez v. Hillsides, 47 Cal. 4th 272, 211 P.3d 1063 (Cal. 2009), California Penal Code § 647(j)). If the covert video monitoring is done for this type of reason, the covert monitor will face both criminal and civil liability. In contrast, covert video monitoring done for clearly legitimate reasons, such as to prevent or prove child abuse, sexual assault and elder abuse would not run afoul of criminal or civil law even if the covert video monitoring occurs in an area where there is an otherwise reasonable expectation of privacy. (Id.)" Would a judge allow them to film where there is expected privacy in this scenario,or would they need a warrant? And if they had a warrant, could they stream everything,or is it confidential/violating rights etc. Those are my questions. (without his knowledge or consent) do they NEED a warrant or will anything do,by law
