better make plans or keep paying/snow emergency is serious and if its bad enough they drag it out of there/you were lucky just to get ticket/tow and impound and fine makes a 1000 bill rather quickly/find a parking spot off the street/even if you have to walk a few blocks its worth it/

I don't get why this is happening, what am I going to do?

OK, so I went to court for a speeding ticket ( 41mph in a 25mph zone, did not see any signs at all) for 15-19 MPH. I had got into an accident in October of last year, I hit the passengers side in front so the electronical everything, speedometer, mileage won't go up, abs system ( for the traction control for the breaks) When I got pulled over I told the cop I really did not know and told him my speedometer does not work. Speeding is a point ticket, so of course I got one and had to go to court to push it down to a no point ticket so they did that and just slapped on another couple hundred buck on it. So, a couple days later I get a letter in the mail saying that they are going to suspend my license, what? here's another thing, I paid $150.00 for a probationary driving class, you'r not suppose to get any tickets with in a year if so thats what happens. I have a question before I keep going,I had gotten a ticket for the passenger's side mirror being off ( of course that is no point ticket) and I did not get a letter in the mail, so I guess thats why? Honestly, I really thought that if the points were not their and your paying extra its not suppose to go in the system like that? I am not paying for something that did not happen I should just pay the regular amount and get the points if its getting suspended. So, my question to you guys is: why is my license getting suspended, since I am paying extra to keep the points off because of the P.D.P I had payed for cause I had 10 points? On the letter it says that because of the class, they accumulated 4 points from my license, ( which I don't even know what that means, seriously) Also, I go to a methadone clinic everyday and thats the only thing keeping me clean right know with out that I don't know where I would be, dead maybe, something really bad by know if you knew how deep into that crap I was, now I need to get their everyday 7 days a week, everyday during the week, weekend, even every holiday, snow days also. (I only get bottles if it is very bad out, with the snow, and it unsafe they give us a bottle for the next day) My counsler their said they give out a special license for that, they would let you go out to where you need and give you a time limit plus the hours in between. Like in my case I would have to travel from Bloomfield, NJ to Elizabeth, NJ and back, which takes with traffic the most is an hour and a half, the least I would be is an hour plus I never know how the lines are some days are bottle days and the line is out the door or people just have 10-100 plus bottle's the nurses have to fill. So I would like to know if anyone else has learned or known about this special license? me I don't have bottles I don't even need the car if I was not at this clinic, so I go their and come back and I don't waste anytime because I do not speak to anyone their. Peter Marsele, the tax assessor at the time,lowered my house assessment so my taxes would be lower because my house had been incorrectly over assessed for years and years.He sent me a Letter confirming the NEW amount. This new assessment was honored for 2 years then in the third year HE LIED AND DENIED HE EVERY LOWERED MY ASSESSMENT. I called and wrote to everyone in the town hall but to no avail. Marsele claimed it was a computer clitch. The letter confirming the new assessment was TOTALLY disregared and the Town lawyer shrugged it off calling me "off kilter". They put a lien on my house and car claiming I owed BACK TAXES. I hired a lawyer but after 5 months he reimbursed me his fee and said he couldn't help me. Finally, the Mayor was able to take off a small amount of the total they claimed I owed in back taxes but I had to pay up in 30 days or they were going to take action on the lien. What would you do and why did Peter Marsele get away with this criminal act. I have the records.
