WHY doesn't Ford Motor Co. have the same corporate ethics as Honda Motor Co.?
Question:
Well, to date there are more Hondas on the road than there are Fords. Also a 5 year old Honda is worth more than a Ford of the same age. If Ford built cars & trucks for the long haul, wouldn't they be in better shape? * And no - the new mustang is really a ghost of its former glory. I know folks who have older original Mustangs that can easily leave the newer fancy Mustangs in the dust. * If Fords were made better, I'd like to think that my old 1987 F-150 (which is sitting in a scrapyard somewhere in Belleville, MI w/University of Hawai'i Alumni on the rear window) wouldn't of rusted out so easily. Of the Big 3, Ford trucks attract rust the fastest - regrettably, . . . . sighs.

Answer:
They both suck to be honest. But Ford isn't what they use to be. Even though they make some nice cars like Jaguar and Lincoln (the motor company does) they aren't up to par..

Just moved to NJ. What's the best way to get to NYC?
Question:
I just moved to New Jersey because my Girlfriend got a really good job as a chef here. We live in Belleville which is pretty close to Newark. I am going to try and get a job in NYC, probably in Manhattan. What is the best way for me to commute to NYC and back? I have a car, so I could drive and pay for gas and tolls. Or I could take the train or the subway. I don't mind driving/riding for a long time, I just want to take the least expensive route.

Answer:
I always recommend public transportation to get into NYC, as the tolls and parking are expensive, especially if you are by yourself. If you are in Belleville, you are near the NJ Transit commuter rail trains. Depending on where you are, you can either walk, drive or take a bus to the Main/Bergen County Line, Montclair-Boontoon Line, or Newark Light Rail. The Newark Light Rail brings you to Newark Penn Station, where you can either get the PATH train or NJ Transit Northeast Corridor/North Jersey Coast Line into Manhattan. The Montclair-Boontoon Line has service into Penn Station, Manhattan and also into Hoboken, where you can get a PATH train to Lower Manhattan (if you are going to Midtown, it is cheaper to just transfer to a Penn Station train at Newark Broad Street). The Main/Bergen County Line has service into Hoboken, where you can get the PATH train to Lower Manhattan (if you are going to Midtown, it is cheaper to just transfer to a Penn Station train at Secaucus) and to Midtown via a transfer at Secaucus Junction. Also, you may be near a bus directly to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Midtown Manhattan. Check njtransit.com for schedules, maps, and a Trip Planner where you can find the quickest route between 2 points, as well as service in your neighborhood. Hope this helps.
