The easiest way is a NJ Transit train. The train leaves from 30th Street Station. And off-peak train is $10 per person each way. NJ Transit also runs a bus from 11th and Filbert, but it's more expensive at 16.50.

On the way to Atlantic City you can try the New Jersey Pinelands. NJ Parkway, get off at a South Jersey exit and have fun. Back-roads, pleasant scenery. Just don't get lost there late at night, cause the Jersey Devil is still there.

I was just in a crash last night on the atlantic city highway. I was in the merging lane and was unable to get onto the highway so I had no choice but to slow down to almost a stop. About a $1000 or slightly less. There are many car transporters out there, and you do have the option of them dropping it at the door of your house, or having them drop it at the shipping terminal. Keep this mind though, you may not get it for about a month, because they do want to fill the trailer. Or, you could do a DIY. Get a pickup and rent a flat-bed trailer from U-Haul or any other company and do it.
