Question:
plane the entire way to springfield.or cheaper to go to like kansas city then rent a car to drive to springfield? i'm not good with travel searching...i've never traveled before. any suggestions at all would be helpful.thanks

Answer:
try "Amazing Tours and Travel" http://ytbtravel.com/amazingtoursandtravel You can fly into Kansas City or St. Louis. They are about the same distance to Springfield. Renting a car from either airport is a good idea. The traffic is not that bad (I should know, I'm from Southern Cal). The travel site is easy to use, but there is nothing wrong in asking for help.

If i bought a car for $2000 cash down in Springfield Missouri?
Question:
If i bought a car for $2000 cash down in Springfield Missouri, what payments would i have to make before i ever started driving? and how much would it be? I have no experience in this! I know there's sales tax which I'm guessing is $160, license plates $60, insurance $180 ( I don't know what the best plan is to get for a 18 year old male). I don't have a clue! Any information would be helpful... the DMV navigation is so confusing! Also, is there any other payments that i would have to make that I'm missing? Thanks for reading over this! I live in springfield Mo, I would be driving the car home after i paid for it. =) Thanks Frank... what you said helped a bit.

I'm looking for a cheap car in/around Springfield, Missouri?
Question:
but I've got a budget. It's my first car, and I need something just to get me somewhere. I've been looking on Craigslist, but nothing seems to, idk, click. My mom told me I could pick out the car, but it has to be within 100 dollars to 1000 dollars. So, I guess I'm asking 1) Does anybody know anywhere to buy a car within that range besides CL? or 2) Is anybody in SW MO selling a car (preferably Ford, or Chevy SUV, I also like Jeeps) within my price range?

Answer:
i would look at ebay for that... if you were loooking on the internet. but for a part time mech, i would get a car thats not currently running for a cheap price. couple my friends have boughten fairly new cars 95-00 for 150 bucks that werent running. they either had warped head gasket or blown motor. body was fairly good too. its all about getting lucky.. just drive around, go too local mechanic shop too they can pull a car off an auction for a cheap price for you. also i love driving around and looking for private sellers. you can talk them down with pricing too. though keep in mind, any car you get in tht price range is gonna need TLC and a cheap quick tune-up too, but will suit for a first car were you can save up for a better one in a year or so

Question:
I am 19 and live in Springfield Missouri. I want to go out to Tucson, Arizona and see my grandparents. Problem is I can't road-trip out there, I'm too young to rent a car, and the cheapest airline (allegiant) flies into Mesa airport but there are no shuttles to take me to Tucson. I need the cheapest and easiest way to get out there. Any ideas please?
