Can I buy a car in one city yet register it in another? Question: I recently purchased a car in Kansas City, Missouri. But I actually live in Kirksville, MO. Our tax laws are slightly different but I am a student in Kirksville and won't be leaving here for a while. Do I have register my car in KC or can I do it in Kirksville? I think the taxes are different also. Will this cause any problems? Answer: The car is registered by the state, not the city. On your registration form, you should enter your correct (permanent) address, and that town/city will tax you based on the information they will receive from the MO DMV. |

She escaped from Kirksville, Missouri juvvy hall last night at ten o'clock and took a 13 year old kid with her. We want her safe, but she jumped out of a window and then ran to meet a car.
