13th birthday party ideas?

I live in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota and was thinking about inviting 6-8 people. I'm a girl and i am inviting only girls. I can't go somewhere more than about half an hour away as we don't have room in the car. nothing more than $100. the activities don't have to be girly just something fun.

SURVIVOR PARTY-if you and your friends are up for a challenge this is a cool theme. Split your frinds into two teams and have challenges with prizes(tug-o-war, scavenger hunt, fill a bucket witg green jello with keys in it. Only one key fits the lock and you can only use your feet, shaving a balloon etc) i suggest you pick the teams before everyone arrives to cause less fighting. Have a big fire after and roast hotdogs and marshmallows. Also i would watch some episodes of the show survivor to get the idea
FEAR FACTOR- if you and your friends dont mind the grossest things this is great. Some games to play are the key game i explained above, mystery food taste test (make sure nobody has food allergies), shave a balloon, lay an egg (two players from each team plays. One player hands the other player a raw egg from behing the back, the player with the egg in the hand must duck down with the egg in their hands behind the back and put the egg on the ground without it breaking or cracking), pass the egg ( break an egg in somebodys hand and have them pass the raw egg down the line into a bucket. You can also order lollipops with bugs inside as party favors.
THE 70's- have everyone dress up like they are going to a disco. Have a disco and play some music from the 70's you can hand out afros and big glasse. Also, if you have a roller skating rink close by that would add a nice touch.
KIDNAPPING PARTY- if your friends are cool with be woken up at 4 in the morning then this is great! Have your parents tell the parents ahead of time, then at 4 in the morning they go to you friends house and "kidnap them" they will be so surprised! Also have the parents have a bag packed with anything they need for a sleepover
CANDY BAR- my friend did this. She bought jars and put stickers on them that said emily's candy bar (kinda like dylans candy bar in NYC) have a candy scavenger hunt and then everyone gets to fill the jar with candy
CHOCOLATE FACTORY- deCorate your house like a chocolate factory. Get a chocolate fountain and play games all day!
PAINT PARTY- tell everyone to not wear anything they like and if they have goggles to bring those too. Supply white shirts and white shorts or pants. Then fill waterr balloons with paint and go outside and have a paint party. When the shirts dry everyone can aigain. Since this wont take long ou can make it a sleepover.
FORMAL PARTY- tell everyone to dress nice and bring an extra pair of clothes. set up your didning room like a fancy resteraunt and have your parents serve you food. You guys will be able to feel like an adult for a few hours! Then have everyone change to normal clothes and go act like a kid!
LIMO SERVICE- this mighht be over youre budget but its just an idea. Go to all of your friends houses and have the limo go to eptheir door and escort them into the limo! They will be surprised and find you in a limo full of junk food and soda! Since limos can be expensive just have e limo drive back to your house where you guys can play games. Aother idea is the limo can pick all of you up from school and everyone will see ride away in style
