summer job ideas.....? Question: i am 15 years old and i need a summer job. i live in owatonna minnesota. i need some summer job ideas i just dont want to work at a fast food place i have no problem with resterants just not fast food!!! if u could give me as many ideas as you can that would be great for i need to save up for a car and a new laptop.ohhh and if you have any ideas for a laptop that is not expensive or if you now of a place that i can get a reasonably priced one that is still a nice computer and it has to be new...and if you now of any car ideas i want a grand am but if you know of a good place for me to buy one at that would not be to expensive that would be awsome!!!!! Answer: If your going to pay for the car and laptop yourself, without help from your parents, good luck. It's going to take you a couple of summer jobs to do that. Most jobs for 15 year olds only pay around $6-8 dollars an hour. Unless you work a lot, you will only end up earning about $1000. But I suggest working at someplace that interests you. If you like sports, work at a fitness center or be an umpire/referee. If you don't want to work in fast food but don't mind restaurants, try a Subway or something similar. |
