drifting spots in sterling heights, MI?
Question:
I want to try a little drifting this winter. But I want to do it in the safest environment possible. A place where there is no cars, no people, and where noise wouldn't be a problem. an ideal place would be a large parking lot that isn't near a residential area. I don't want to put anybody else in danger, and i don't want to piss anybody off. I've tried google earth, but i can't find any decent places near me. if anybody knows of a place i would greatly appreciate it if you would let me know where it is located.

Answer:
I have a feeling you will not find a spot unless you rent a track or rent a parking lot. Either way, you will have to shell out money. OR don't do any drifting. Frankly don't see the point of drifting.

Who do i call to report an illegally parked car?
Question:
Im in Sterling Heights Michigan and there is a car that is parked behind my driveway on the other side of the street making it very difficult to pull out. They are also parked right next to a corner blocking a crosswalk. Is there a special number to call or do i just dial 911?

Answer:
Just call the first tow truck company you see listed in the phone book. Those guys are friggin cutthroat mercenaries; they'll be glad to come get the car. They impound it and then charge the owner to get it out, so they'll be glad you found them the job.

What's the best way to get to Detroit Airport?
Question:
My flight Leaves DTW and i will be parking my car at a friends in Sterling Heights. I do not want to ask him to drop me off because the time is inconvenient. Whats the cheapest/best way to get there?

Answer:
The other option would be for you to drive yourself and park in the economy lot(yellow) at $11.00 per day. Quick park http://qwikpark.com/information.html Might be a little cheaper

who is a reasonable auto rental car company?
Question:
In Sterling Heights, MI

Answer:
I've had good experiences with both Hertz and Enterprise. Stay away from gas station-type rental services... you know, the Rent-A-Wreck kind. My girlfriend used one of those ones once. It was very inexpensive, but the car almost broke down traveling between states, it was out of alignment, and the door seals and weather stripping were missing, letting the wind and water come in through the doors while she was driving. Not fun.

How would you report an older driver who indirectly caused a car accident?
Question:
I was driving on a main road in the right lane and as I approached a subdivision an old woman in a small red car started pulling out-I was mere feet away. I had no choice but to turn into the center lane as I was much too close to brake (that would've been a major accident, likely resulting in a serious injury or death for the old woman). As I turned into the center lane a large, full-sized van from the left lane simultaneously pulled into the center lane and side-swiped me. The guy/girl did not slow down and continued driving off. He never came back at any point. Long story short, the cop showed up to take the report and the old woman was told that since she was not involved in the accident that she was not responsible for anything and that she could go home. I was told that because I could not identify the car that hit me (other than to say that it was a full-sized van) there was nothing the cop could do about that. Well fine. Okay, so that makes sense. But why the F*CK was the old lady allowed to leave with out getting a ticket or a citation or a . . . I don't know-but SOMETHING?! My headlights were ON, I was driving on a main road that is well-lit, she should have been able to see me! I swerved (and can admit that I was potentially at fault for hitting the other car) but I did it to avoid a MUCH bigger accident. Shouldn't the old woman get her license revoked or at least reviewed? This some of the biggest bullsh*t I've seen in a long time. My insurance is going to go up and no one but me going to be held responsible. Is there anything I can do? Any place that I can call to report an older, obviously incapable driver? I live in Sterling Heights, MI (In the US, in case you don't know). If I this is it-If I can't do anything-If I can't report her . . . she'll probably end up causing an accident again and may end up seriously hurting herself or someone else. I WAS paying attention to the road, and I was not trying to insinuate that she "dropped out of the sky". She was in the subdivision and started to pull out of the subdivision at normal speed when I was only a feet away and did not slow down at any point. I DID drive defensively-I think turning into the center lane (only place I could go) qualifies as driving defensively. I've had a license for four years now and this is the FIRST "accident" I've been in. So don't tell me about your perfect driving record. Don't talk to me about how you're a driving instructor. If you can't see how this is a serious problem, then don't even answer the question.

Answer:
Forget the "older " driver label . Can someone report a driver who caused them to have an accident? Who would you report them to? There's nothing you can do about the Lady. The world is full of careless drivers. You will get your day in court to plead. A lawyer might get your penalty or fine reduced.
