Need advice on child visitation rights, I live in Springfield, Massachusetts?
Question:
Im a dedicated father who recently got into some trouble because of my daughter's mother. We were together for 4 yrs and broke up last year and ever since then she's been giving me a hard time about seeing my daughter. I have been close with my daughter ever since the day she was born, paid for and attended ever single birthday, buy her whatever she needs and more, and I even took over my ex's car payment when she couldn't afford to pay for the car. but when she got her car taken by the police because of some other guy she was expecting me to take her to work.I refused because it wasn't my responsibly and she should have talked to her boyfriend who got the car taken in the first place. So she gets made at me comes to my mothers house and tries to kill us both, bit me and my mom on our arms after we tried to stop her from grabbing a butcher knife in my moms house to kill me because she wanted her car back that I was paying the note on because I refused to give into her demands because she was made at the other guy but took her anger out on me and my sick mother. Then when the cops came she lied and said I hit her and the cops arrested me instead of her and I never touched her. When my mom went to talk to the police abut what she did in her house they told her to shut up and they arrested me for no reason. And this out of control girl kicked in my moms door and broke her door lock. I haven't seen my daughter since 2months and I miss her alot. And to make matters worse I have to go to court and fight for my innocence and she hasn't showed up for any of the hearings because she says she feels guilty about what she did and doesn't wanna testify to her false complaint. I use to pick up my daughter ever other weekend and I miss her. Now I have to go to trial for nothing and my daughters crying everyday for me. Need advice.

Commuting Options from North Andover, Ma to Springfield, MA?
Question:
I would like to know what are the commuting options that are available from North Andover, Ma to Springfield, Ma? I am a not familiar with the different commuting means in Massachusetts. I have a car.

Answer:
North Andover to Springfield is a long ride.It is over 100 miles each way. The only real option is to drive, there are no real mass transit options. You would take 495 to the Mass Pike, and then take the Mass pike to Springfield. You may want to look into getting a Fast Lane toll pass, because the Mass pike is a toll road. You are going to be spending about 4 hours a day commuting, you may want to look into renting a room in the Springfield area and coming back to North Andover on the weekends.

Will I need a rental car if I want to visit both Downtown Boston and Patriot Place?
Question:
I currently live in North Texas. This March I'll be visiting the Boston area for the first time in ten years. The last time I traveled to Massachusetts, I went to Worcester and Springfield. I didn't get a chance to see Downtown Boston. I want to check out both the sights in Downtown Boston, as well as Patriot Place in Foxborough- both of which are 30 miles apart. I'm flying Southwest into T.F. Green Airport. However, I don't have a hotel booked yet. Since I'd like to visit both Downtown Boston and Patriot Place, I don't know if it would be more convenient for me to stay at hotel in Boston or to stay at a hotel in Foxborough. Will I need a rental car if I want to visit both Downtown Boston and Foxborough? Should I book a hotel that is in Boston or one that is closer to Foxborough? If I need to rent a car, I'll just stay at a hotel in or around Foxborough. Then I'll drive to Patriot Place and spend the afternoon there. The next day I'll park the rental car at an MBTA station somewhere near Foxborough, and take the subway into Downtown Boston. From there, I'll use the various lines to get around the city. So would it be best for me to rent a car? And where in the Boston area should I book a hotel? If you guys have any other suggestions, please let me know.

Answer:
The distance between Downtown Boston and Patriot Place is 15 miles approx. so it depends upon you whether you want to go for comfort or can wait for public transportation. If I was at your place then would have gone for a rental car as it would be more convenient for me to travel in a rental car than in any public transport. If going for car rental company then you can go for http://www.pointcarhire.com/ as it offers good service with cheaper rates. Have tried it many times and now a frequent user of Pointcarhire and Hertz.

Is your town going down the tubes like Los Angeles because illegals?
Question:
WELCOME TO LOS ANGELES. These terrible car crashes happen all the time out here and it now looks as though illegal immigration has hit your state too. In California we have now literally been overrun by illegal aliens from Mexico. You in Massachusetts are now getting the traffic accidents -- hit and runs, no seat belts, high rates of drunk driving -- and soon, if you do not do something, you will get all the rest that comes with it -- the crime, the overcrowding, high rates of traffic accidents (illegals from Mexico are often illiterate even in their own language and don't read street signs, do not obey traffic laws, and have a high rate of drunk driving). Don''t laugh, because if we do not stop this invasion of illegal aliens into this country soon Springfield will look like Los Angeles with your schools bursting at the seams, overcrowding, dangerous streets, and your hospitals and emergency rooms shut down. In L.A. County we have had more than 80 hospitals and emergency rooms close their doors for good because illegal aliens use them as their primary physicians even for a cold or case of the flu and the hospitals go bankrupt.. I am telling you to start paying attention and DEMAND that our immigration laws are enforced and that President Bush guard our borders. So far he has refused to do either. It is almost too late for my state but maybe not for yours, I have seen our once top of the line Los Angeles Unified School District go from being in the top five (before massive invasion by illegal aliens from Mexico) to now being second from the bottom. More than half of the them do not graduate from high school -- we have the worse graduation rate in the U.S., most do not speak English, and teachers bail out of teaching at the LAUSD by their third year as the gangs in the schools and lack of discipline are so bad they leave. The U.S. takes in about 2 MILLION LEGAL immigrants per year. We are the most generous country in the world as far as welcoming new immigrants to our country. But do not confuse "legal" with "illegal" as we are now facing an INVASION of illlegals from by Mexico into our country because Mexico's politicans and "elite" are importing their problems -- the poor , the unskilled, the illiterate -- into the U.S. for us to take care of and they are exporting their Mexican nationals here into the U.S. BY THE MILLIONS. It is NOT 12 million illegal aliens in this country as the media and the Bush Administration keeps saying -- it is much more like 30 million and growing by the day., STAND UP AND TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY. I AM TIRED OF HAVING TO "PRESS ONE FOR ENGLISH"

Answer:
Be happy you don't have to press two for English yet.
