Questions Related to essex, maryland cars

Provided By Y! Answers

I'm starting to think Baltimore, Maryland sucks after living there for 6 years so far.?
Question:
Housing there is expensive unless you want to live in the City. If you live in the city you live around the blacks and gets your car/house broken into and/or shot. If you want to live in the county you live around White Trash like Middle River, Dundalk, Essex. If you have money (rolling) you can live in Lutherville, Timmonium, Cockeysville, but you will be paying 400K for like a 2K SF home and live around stuck up snobish white people. WTF is up with baltimore.

Answer:
It sounds like a typical northeastern city here in the US - but I have to say the blantant racism that is coming across in your question isn't looking too good for you. Good Luck!!1

I might be moving away to go off to college across the country but I'm afraid I'm not going to make it?
Question:
I go to Community College of Baltimore County Essex campus(Maryland). Well I'll be 21 next year when I decide to transfer. I plan on going to Cal State as of right now. My GPA is high enough for me to transfer to that college. The only problem is my family doesn't approve of me going to California. I like this college and to be honest as of right now I would like to transfer there Fall 2013. I only worry about finding a job and my car. I'm worried about being homesick as well. Thanks for the advice =)

Answer:
Go. Don't put off living your life just because you are afraid. Sadly, your family is going to miss you, and you are going to feel homesick ever so often. But leaving home is a part of life, and you'll get to visit your family too. I live in California, and the weather really is AWESOME. It's sunny, and bright, and the people are really nice. There's lots of beaches, parks, restaurants, and things to do here. I'm sure you'll make tons of new friends too. As for the job and car, go job hunting, and save up for a car. Take a risk, and then later in life, you won't have to deal with the "what if I had gone to California" and you can live without regrets. I'm sure your family won't shun you for trying something new. Have fun and best of luck!
