If Maryland is like Delaware, they can boot your car anywhere in Maryland over this. They will boot your car in Rehoboth Beach over a parking ticket in Wilmington. Also, if you don't pay, the ticket goes before a judge. If he wants to play hardball, he can suspend your driving privileges in Maryland until you pay up. I wish you would have said what part of Baltimore you're coming from. Since you're skeptical about Park Heights Ave. and other neighborhoods - I'll give you the best way since I know the neighborhood like the back of my hand. From the north or south - take I-83 to Exit 9, Cold Spring Lane West. At the second traffic light (there's a police station at the first traffic light), take a left onto Greenspring Avenue South. At the bottom of the hill - keep going straight into the park. Follow signs for the Maryland Zoo. Reverse procedure on the way out.
