I currently live in Mandeville, Louisiana and am moving to Chapaign, Ilinois. We have two kittens (about 9 weeks old) that will be taking the car ride with us. What is the best way to transport them on this long ride? Has anyone ever done this before, if so how did you handle the restroom issue? Suggestions? thanks!

Careless operations ticket in Louisiana?

I've never had a careless operations ticket before and I got it by hitting the back of another car. Obviously I'm at fault because I rear-ended the person, but my question pertains to what happens in the court room. I have to make an appearance at the Mandeville court soon and I wanted to know if they're going to revoke my license when I plead guilty. I also want to know the set-up of the court room. Will it be full of people like when you go for a speeding ticket or is it just you and a judge? Does the judge ask simply 'are you guilty' like in a speeding ticket situation or will he ask for details? Can someone please answer these questions for me? I want to know everything I can know about careless operations court before I get there. I don't want to know how much the ticket will be as I already have that information. All I want to know is the set-up of the court and how long they can suspend my license for if I have no prior infractions. Someone who has experience going to court for the same thing would be helpful.
