Are there sleeper cars for people riding coach on a train?
Question:
I am going to be traveling from Indiana to Washington D.C. on the Amtrak Limited Capitol route and I was wondering if I will get a sleeper car if I am riding coach. Or do I just sit down in a chair for the whole trip. Thanks for your help !

Answer:
If you are traveling Coach, you get a seat in one of the Coach cars, and can visit the dining car or the cafe car, but you do not get a sleeper berth unless you reserve one, in which case you no longer get a Coach seat, as there are seats in the Sleeper compartments. Visit http://www.amtrak.com for more information. (I think it's ".com" anyway.)

How good is the 2007 Subaru Legacy?
Question:
I noticed on the window sticker that it was made in Indiana. But the parts are Japanese. However, on the Impreza, it was made in Washington State, using 100% Japanese parts. Is the Legacy a good car?

Answer:
You should follow the answers to this question also: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AmkySTIV4BbN. 522F8OhJ_FBxgt.?qid=20070404143135AAG3gC2 I also have an Outback, but it's quite similar to the Legacy. My '07 Outback is the 6-cylinder that you can't get in a Legacy, so I can't compare there, but my '06 Outback had the 4-cylinder that you would get in the base Legacy. It's an acceptable engine, but I felt like I was flogging it to get into traffic at merges, etc. It never complained, but I passed the 4-cyl to my daughter and bought a 6-cyl for my right foot. Prior to the Subaru's, I had a Honda Accord (6-cyl) and I thought I'd never buy anything but another Honda. Now I'm thinking that way about Subaru's. I don't know that I will "need" another Outback when the time comes, but if that's what I have to buy to get the 6-cylinder engine then I will. The turbo was "fast," but not "quick," if you know what I mean. Go to any news stand NOW (or your library) and pick up the April issue of Consumer Reports. You'll see just how well the Subaru rates in any category that you are interested in.

Answer:
Probably as accurate as her 2011 and 2010 predictions. Which is to say, not very accurate at all. http://kearth101.radio.com/2011/01/03/psychic-predictions-for-2 011/ When you go back to check what she ACTUALLY said, you discover she never predicted anything accurately. www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK4NO15qxJk

If I can go to jail for the fetus dying, isn't the fetus considered a person?
Question:
You are in a car crash with a pregnant woman. The fetus dies as a result of the accident. You are charged with Vehicular Homicide. So isn't the fetus being treated as a person if the person who caused the accident can go to jail? Currently, at least 36 states have fetal homicide laws. The states include: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. At least 19 states have fetal homicide laws that apply to the earliest stages of pregnancy ("any state of gestation," "conception," "fertilization" or "post-fertilization"); these are indicated below with an asterisk (*). http://www.ncsl.org/IssuesResearch/Health/FetalHomicideLaws/t abid/14386/Default.aspx

Answer:
The double-standard that is the liberal way has no bounds. A fetus that dies as you state is a beautiful, unborn child. A fetus that is aborted is a mass of tissue.

Tips on driving to Seattle. PLEASE HELP ASAP!!!!!?
Question:
I'm driving for the first time from Indiana to Seattle, Washington this summer. As I am bringing my two cats, who have never gone on a long car trip, I really need some suggestions fast. One of my friends told me that is was really hard driving from Chicago to Washington. What I want to know is how long did it take you. (please no going on Google maps and getting directions. I need real experience). Also do you have to drive through the Rocky Mountains? If so, is it very treacherous? Overall, is the drive rather easy? I need help ASAP cause I'm leaving in less than 20 days.

Answer:
The only thing hard about driving from Chicago to Washington on I-94/I-90 is how boring it can get. Although the country is beautiful, you have a long stretch of seeing pretty much the same thing for a lot of miles. It took me 3 days to make that trip, but I need to stop and get out of the car and stretch every 3 or 4 hours and I don't like to do more than about 10-12 hours of driving per day. I get too tired and sleepy, especially if the highway is monotonous. I typically like to get going early in the morning and stop by 5 or 6 pm. I don't like driving after dark because it increases the chances of hitting a deer (or some other animal) which not only messes up the deer, but can do a lot of damage to your car. If you can handle driving longer without falling asleep at the wheel, you might be able to do it in less time. Yes, you drive through the Rocky Mountains and also the Cascade Mountains, but it is not at all treacherous in the summer months.

Westcoast to eastcoast?
Question:
Hi Friends, I just completed a journey of 4500 kms from SFO(San Francisco) to Washington DC in my car over a 4 day journey. Boy was it a tiresome journey but it was a good experience viewing all the beauties of nature. There was no weather glitch though its mid November. Else I would have been stuck. First stop was at Salt Lake City,UT. Second was at Kearney,NE. Third was at SouthBend, IN. The third night stay was quite a rush since there was a local football game on that day. I was also pulled over by a cop in Illinois for speeding. I covered California, Nevada, Utah, Nebraska, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Virginia. The main route was I80 E covering over 2500 miles. The biggest in freeway in USA. Finally I thanked God for making this journey safe. I almost forgot as Chuckles mentioned that I even passed through Pennsylvania, Baltimore however passing through WV border is still within PA.

Answer:
I-80 goes a long way north just to go south again. Of course I am guessing you started south in Ohio, which means you also went through PA since Ohio and Virginia does not meat. Also, means you went through Maryland since PA and VA do not touch either. and you also forgot a touch of WV unless you stayed a long way north and went around the north side of PA which would have taken you about an extra 200 miles. But I am glad you made it OK. By the way make sure you pay the speeding ticket.

What has happened to the new generation?
Question:
Today I saw this news on Yahoo: "Barefoot Bandit" Caught Bahamian police captured Colton Harris-Moore, the 19-year-old better known as the "Barefoot Bandit," early Sunday morning. Harris-Moore gained notoriety, not to mention tens of thousands of fans on Facebook, due to his skills at evading U.S. law enforcement for two years. Since escaping from a Washington state halfway house in 2008, Harris-Moore is suspected of stealing "cars, boats, and at least five planes—including the aircraft he allegedly stole in Indiana and flew to the islands off Florida's coast, despite a lack of formal flight training," details the Associated Press. Police in the Bahamas had been searching for him since he apparently crashed that plane on Great Abaco Island. Two days ago I had read in times of India that a teenage boy teased a young girl in an Indian school. When he was reprimanded by school authorities, he came in night to school and mixed poison in the water tank. If a watchman did not catch him, he would have succeeded in killing hundreds of students and teachers, because in the hot weather everybody would have drunk water. These are just two examples of teenager criminality and recklessness. Earlier on the new generation was regarded as " angry young man" .But now crime seems to have become a passion. What do you think is the reason for this revolt against the established norms and morality and who is mainly responsible? M J Iqbal Ms Ann Counter!
