Ok so i have a 98 Nissan Maxima but i have a power steering belt that is kinda tearing, Shredding on one side really. i took my car to a Sears Auto to have them replace the belt but they cant due to a bolt in the way that just will Not come off. I don't know who can fix it if an Auto Body body cant. I am currently in Evansville, Indiana right now and I'm due to leave for Dallas, TX Tomorrow Morning. Do you think my car will me a 12 hr, 760 mile trip without my belt going out?

How badly do you want to risk being stranded on the side of the road? No, your car might not make it. Did they try heating this bolt that won't come loose? Do you have any real repair shops in your area? Heating and tapping the bolt head while applying torque on the wrench will probably loosen that bolt. If the only thing that belt runs is the power steering then you can try to use your upper body strength to steer your car. If the one belt runs everything on your engine then you won't go far without it. Good Luck!

"Frank&Stein" My most memorable spot was back home in Evansville indiana we had a very old Hamburger Stand from back in the 50's called the "Big Top" They had this huge Clown sign out front and the Burgers were so greasy you could see thru the bag by the time you got in your car, man they were good!

Corn Dogs on a stick with plenty of mustard. One of my favorites later on was the Log Inn in Warrington Indiana. First wedding anniversary - where should we go?

August 2nd is our 1st wedding anniversary. We didn't get to go on a honeymoon so we would like to take a nice trip for our anniversary. My husband will be off Friday-Sunday that weekend (July 31st - August 2nd) and we have about $250-300 to spend. We live in Southern Indiana (closest major city is Evansville, IN) area and we'd like to stay within 2 hours of home since our car is not the most reliable car in the world. We are looking for somewhere romantic with lots of things to do without spending too much. Any suggestions?

I would suggest w/ that budget. ( hotel are expensive around here) So, I would go to the next largest city,, find a nice hotel, go out to a wonderful dinner, see a play, and close the curtains,,you won't realize that you are close to home! Happy 1st Anniversary. You could even spend of the money that you saved on gas,, on something simple that you may need for your home,, maybe a picture frame to frame the pic that you took while on your night out.
