How can I get evidence to accuse my boyfriend of rape?

First of all, I would like to start off by saying how I met my boyfriend. I met him on an internet based dating site. He was a romeo just like in all love stories. He bought me flowers every ime we saw each other. That is he lives in Columbus Indiana, while I live in Chicago, Illinois. We use to see each other every other weekend. Anyways....
I never known his background until I found out a little more of him from his friends. He introduced them to me over the phone and we became great friends too. Well anyways my boyfriend has a bipolar disorder that left me sick everytime I saw him. To be honest, I never said anything to hurt or bother him and he would start snaping back at me. welas time passed by, I started to gain confidence in him as he learned to restrain his disorder. I started being more friendlier and kinder towards him. And eventually he earned all my trust. One day, we had approximatly 3 months of dating. He askes me for money and I lend it to him. As the days past and we met even more times, I started to buy all his things and renting hotel rooms so we could spend the night together. I tried so hard to make him happy and I suceeded. Each time we went to a motel room and I swiped the credit card he was thrilled.
Well time passed by, I became more in love with him. We would talk everyday approximatly 5 hours on the phone and meet up every weekend. One day, he decided to move to Chicago with me. I decided it was time to move on with my life and become a grownup with responsibilities. Little did I know that he was using me cuz he had laid off and didn't have a place to live. After we were living for approximatly five months together, I started to notice his bipolar disorders again. He would get mad at every single thing. For example, if the tv was on a paritcular channel he would change it to another one. Also, he wanted me to prepare him food at a particular time and the way he wanted. If it wasn't the way he wanted, he would throw it at my face and made me eat it and prepare another entry. I would just listen and not argue inorder to not make problems greater. Well time passed folks. I started to become annoyed. I threw him out of the house. I stopped paying his rent, doing his laundry, and working inorder to support his lazy ass. At the very least, I ended up burning 20 thousand dollars. Also, he was stopped by the police and since he is illegal, I had to take him to court and pay his fines for not wearing a seat belt and for not having a licence.
Well eventually I gave him another chance to become responsible and earn a job. But, he didn't take the chance. He blew it again. I became tired of paying everything for him and doing everything he didn't want to do. I kicked him out of my appartment and sent him on his own. By this time, he was back in Indiana. After breaking my phone for 6 times because my friends had txted me to go out to the movies with them and ending all outside communication with everyone. I was left alone. Without my friends and family.
Three months passed by and he called me back on my cell phone. This just happened last week (11-13-11). He tells me that he has another court to attend to and if I could accompany him in chicago. I agreed. When he arrived at chicago, he said to me dont worry I wont hurt you lets rent a hotel and talk to each other. I agreed. We stayed at the hotel overnight and on the next day I agreed to go with him to court. Eventually everything was okay and he was sent home free of guilt and only a fine of 350$. Well that night as of courtesy he invited me out to dinner with him. I enjoyed the food and drank a couple of matinies. I was happy, yet he had to ruin it. After we finished eating, he starts to look in his pockets and pretend his wallet was missing. Again, I had to pay a bill which he had cordially invited me to. Anyways.... We headed out of the restaurant and headed towards the car. I was a little drunk, yet not alot. We stepped inside the car and he drove us back to the hotel room. After getting at the hotel I lied down to take a nap, but he insisted on smoking with him. That was my greatest failure. I agreed to just one cigarette. I didn't realize I was smoking something strong till I was seeing double. Unfortuantly, I made a big mistake. Lose my 5 senses infront of him.
To my disadvantage I wasn't conciously aware of how bad the situation was gonna become. But this is today's story...............
On Nov. 14th, my boyfriend abused of me. He told me to come to his car and that we would take a ride. Little did I know that he was planning to drive me 400 miles away from home. Without my concent he drove to Columbus Indiana without my permision. Well that wasn't all, on thursday the 11 of 2011 he forced me to have sex with him. After hitting me and kicking me he took advantage of me. I find myself without family. what should i do?
