Why are Illinois cook county courts/judges and Police officers so corrupt?

In Illinois suburbs such as Skokie, Niles, Lincolnwood etc... the police officers seem to be very corrupt, but the judges are even more corrupt!! I got so many bogus tickets in Skokie. I stopped at a stop sign and made a full stop and I even saw the cop to my right looking at me. Once I reach the intersection which is about a block away I see the cop come quickly behind me and turn on the sirens and lights. I veered to my right and stopped. I was in shock I said what seems to be the problem officer. She said that I stopped but didn't make a full stop at the stop sign. I told her what???!!! I stopped completely and she was mean and yelled at me saying no I didn't stop fully!!! I got a bogus ticket. It was at the end of the month when cops need to give out a certain amount of tickets to fulfill their quota. The cop showed up in court and the judge said that I'm guilty just pay the fine and be on supervision for 3 months. With no burden of proof the corrupted Skokie court judge made me pay the fine that I know deep in my heart I was innocent. Another innocent happened in Skokie again, this time another lady cop giving me a bogus ticket at the end of the month. I was crossing an intersection and I was in the middle of the intersection when the light turned yellow, I have the right of way to proceed and drive through when all of a sudden the cop pulls me over and tells me I ran a red light. I argued and another cop came and claimed that the lady cop caught me on the dash cam. This was a scare tactic to get me to plead guilty right up front. But no I wanted to fight this in court. I went to court and pleaded not guilty of course and I told the judge lets see the dash cam to see the truth. The cop didn't have the footage and the cop claimed that I yelled at her, which was false. The judge took it seriously so he told me if it's yellow you have to stop. I told him how could I stop in the middle of the intersection. The judge said, just pay the fine and you won't have any records. So once again I was found guilty for something I didn't do. It seems like the judges and court systems just want you to pay your fine so the cities can get rich from swindling!!! Well look who the mayor of Skokie is George Van Dusen. I believe he and his people who work in Skokie are corrupted and are the biggest crooks since mafia's controlled our cities. A few weeks ago a Skokie official was being blamed for corruption. You can look up that case online and see for yourself if you don't believe me. Finally, the last innocent that I was involved was an accident. I was driving on a green light with my SUV when suddenly a car to my right just started to proceed the intersection. I tried to avoid the accident but (and elderly man in his 70's) ended up hitting the side of my SUV causing my car to rollover then back up. Luckily I wasn't killed or hurt. The man had 3 passengers and 1 of the passengers in the car lied and said that I ran the red light and the passenger ended up as a witnesses for the driver. He came out of his car and acted as a outside witness told police that he was coming out fo the barber shop. The corrupted Niles police didn't even listen to my side of the story and acted biased by siding the the other driver. I end up with the ticket and I was liable for the accident even though I was driving on a green light and I am the one who suffered in the accident and my car was totalled. The cop and the driver of the other car were laughing having a great time while I was in shock and my life flashed before my eyes. Niles police are out to serve and protect people, Please!!!!??? They are out to serve themselves and protect their salaries that we tax payers pay for. Corruption, Corruption, Corruption. And to top things off, the phony cop shows up in court chewing gum in court and the driver and his witness couldn't even lie correctly and the stupid Skokie court judge actually buys their story about me supposedly running a red light. The the judge has to give someone a ticket so they all framed me and found me guilty. I was found guilty once again with no proof or anything. They just want someone to pay the fine and that's it. My insurance rates will go up because of so many negligence's caused by other people (The witness/driver, cop and the judge). Even the stupid judge was against me. my last two paragraph I meant incident not innocent the spell check gave me the wrong word replaced They should change the name Cook County TO CROOK county Leslie you make Absolutely no sense. There's no money in arresting/convicting rapists, murderers, pedophiles, etc.. The US has the highest incarceration rate per capita in the world. Even higher than communist China.
