It doesn't matter where you go. They just look at the oil capacity sticker under the hood, and fill to that amount. Just make sure they put the correct grade in. If the sticker says 0w30 use that. I see people using 10w40 all the time in cars that request 0w30 and they complain when the oil pump craps out.

I got a speeding ticket in the state of Illinois (Schaumburg) about 2-3 months back and have court in two days. What I want to do is get traffic safety school to get the ticket off my record or have the ticket removed all together and be on probation for a while (which I'm told I can do). The juvenile courts are already motivated to not put your illegal action on record, so if you dress nice, act nice, and act like you have sense then you will be fine and be a candidate for a driving school to get it off your record if you do not get any more offenses for a year. The car difference will not get you off on technicality. Place of offense, difference of person in vehicle, meaning name totally wrong, etc. will, but not car year. You will be OK! Just slow down.

Craigslist but be aware that any car that cheap isn't going to be reliable and it won't last very long. You'll probably need to spend at least $500 in repairs within the first 6 weeks of ownership. SO expect a few repair bills almost immediately. Cheap cars are cheap for a reason, they don't run very good and people sick of fixing them constantly so they just want to get rid of them.
