Car Accident In Rock Island, IL?

Okay so today my car was in an accident and I have a few questions, but first here is the scenario. My girlfriend, driving my car, pulled out of a parking spot to see if she could turn onto the road(but not really a road, its the main route of the parking lot). As she did that somebody was heading towards her and had no time to brake. SHE HIT US. But the officer did not issue any tickets. My front bumper was destroyed but the other car was fine(just had minor scuffs) With that said I have a couple of questions... Is my insurance responsible for covering any costs even though my girlfriend was driving? Or will her insurance do so? Will someone be at fault even though the cop didn't issue a ticket? And is there anyway that my party will be responsible for this accident?

Generally, the owner's insurance covers, unless you have a policy that specifically excludes all non-listed drivers. That is usually not the case. IF this happens to be one of those rare occasions, then her insurance MAY cover. Once again, it all depends on her policy. This will most likely be your fault. Just because the other driver hit you, your girlfriend exited the parking space when it was unsafe to do so, and the other party did not have enough time to react. The other party had the right of way, being in the parking lot aisle (street) already.

That is where me and my friends go when we don't have school. Simple old west style fence gate?

I need simple(but detailed) instructions on how to build a ranch style pole gate across the driveway entrance to my 5 acre piece of the rock on San Juan Island, because in my absense people have dumped over 23 dead cars, appliances, furniture, you name it!
