Where is the best place in Houston, TX to park my car and makeout? Is there a ridge or something like that?
Question:

what's a good makeout spot like a ridge where I can park my car with my girl in los angeles??
Question:
quiet, dark, like in the movies Where I can enjoy privacy and feel free to do more than make out I'm in mid city los angeles 10 minutes south of Hollywood, 15 west of downtown, and 25 minutes east of Venice beach.....

Answer:
Mullholland Drive is the classic make out spot. There are several places where you can park, and the views are awesome. It's my boyfriend's fav. spot. I wouldn't do TOO much more than make out there...... you're right on the edge of a cliff. You don't want to rock your car over the side.... : ) You just have to be super careful at night there because it's a really windy road. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mulholland_Drive Have fun.

Is Oak Pass Road off Highridge Drive in Los Angeles next to Beverly Park open to public cars?
Question:
My Grandparents live at San Ysidro Drive close to Summitridge Drive. I went on Googlemaps and it says to take Summit Ridge Drive to High Ridge Drive then to Oak Pass Rd to Hutton Dr. Deep Canyon Drive to Mulholland, My Grandfather told me that on Oak Pass Rd there was a gate that was locked and could only be opened by residents. Is this the case now or can one use this route to the Valley? My Grandfather never tried it since he was afraid that there was a gate. His brother used to live on Oak Pass Rd and gave him a key ever since his brother moved he did not take it. Since we love exploring new roads I would like to try this out so he does not have to go all the way down his road to Benidict Canyon to the Valley. Any help would be most appreciative since Googlemaps gives this route but I do understand that it can't be accurate. Has the gate been removed or is it open to public traffic and when was this done?

Answer:
The gate seems to be at Summitridge and Mulholland. I don't recall a gate on Oak Pass Road. You should try it for your grandfather (who must be LOADED with money if he lives up there). However, there are a lot of twists, turns, and name changes. Normally when a street goes straight, it stays the same. But Oak Park and other streets turn 90 degrees at some intersetions, where the physical street itself goes straight under a different name. It might be a bit much for him.

I parked my car at a private parking lot in NJ. I opened my cars door, heavy wind blew it and hit a car.?
Question:
As I parked my car into a AnP private parking lot at NJ and opened my cars door, a strong wind blow it totally open and hit the car next to mine. causing a dent Conditions -> strong wind due to hurricane Irene caused the total open. The other car (unfortunately a BMW) had a dent a size about 5cm on the ridge of the door. Police came and spoke and wrote a report. What he said last is that it was my fault. (No tickets were issued) . What i kinda know from friends a family is that -> private parking lots in NJ are no fault zone. -> hitting the other car the way i did was not my fault but kind nature thing like it could have been a shopping cart that hit the woman's car. So my question is., does anyone experienced anything case like this? What happened? Does my insurance increase although my car wasn't moving? Would it be like 5 points on my insurance? These things are stressing me out. !! so got damn pissed at myself for letting the wind take over the damn door. Thanks for your answers . Sam Hi Bama and mark My moral compass is working just fine. I offered to get her car fixed asap as my uncle owns a body shop. Her conditions included " get my car fixed from the dealer and do it tomorrow, I dont care if you have to get to work". I really don't need your criticism and your political opinion Mark. Nonetheless Thanks for your opinion Thanks Bama !

Answer:
You are responsible. Who else would pay? The wind? Where it happened means nothing. Your insurance may go up but it also may not go up. m Only your insurance company can tell you that

Is Stone Ridge at ViningS AT downtown a great area to live in?
Question:
i am thinking about renting a town home in this area.... i am moving from capitol hill in washington dc which is a very good neighborhood and i am willing to live in a neighborhood that is a little ethnic diverse but nothing that will make me affraid to park my car...my parents are still making the payments on this car... i am also a 21 year old female who would be living by herself

Answer:
I don't know this complex personally but I do know that it looks old. According to one site it was built in 1971 and has never been remodeled. The few online reviews I did read weren't very good. On the plus side, Vinings is a great area to live and there is a lot of new construction in the area. I think you could do better. Look for a place that is brand new or only a few years old. A young single woman should not have to live in an older run down apartment.

Answer:
Allowing an average of 12000 miles per year it is, but it also depends on the engine, make etc. You also need to look at service records/old MOT's to see how the mileage stacked up. Did it happen as a fairly regular 10000 miles per year, or did it do only a few thousand for the 1st couple of years and then flogged for the rest. Or the reverse. My Fathers Laguna for example has an average mileage, but he only does a few miles a week to fetch the groceries and newspapers, and some of the systems are starting to be affected by that. A modern 2 litre petrol car that has that mileage would be fine as it has been run for long periods to allow things like the exhaust system to function properly. Putting that against a 1 litre town car, then it has probably been thrashed at high revs for long periods.
