was this a real dog...if not what was it?
Question:
When I was little I lived in Caldwell Idaho and I loved to go on walks to explore the places around where I had lived. There had been this plot of land that I had played at a lot, it looked like someone was building something there but not very fast because over the three years that I had played there was no progress at all, and I later found out that an apartment building was built. http://i625.photobucket.com/albums/tt332/soren-ice/russ ian_thistle_1.jpg This picture kind of helps represent what the plot of land had look like, weeds so tall that they easily hid me so I had a lot of privacy. So when I was attacked by what had looked like a Rottweiler no one saw. The weird thing about the attack was the dog did no biting just a lot of scratching and growling no barking at all. Another weird thing is that there was no one who had owned any Rottweiler around this place and I never saw it there before that’s why I thought that it was a safe place to play. This is how the attack went first the dog scratched my back up really bad, I thought that I would need stitches. Then I tried to run but the dog was way too fast for me to get away so I dropped to the ground and played dead for what seemed to be an eternity hoping the dog would leave me alone. Then I noticed the dog was just sitting there and watching me the whole time. Thankfully a car drove by then and the dog was just gone all of a sudden I even looked around it was nowhere in sight. So I then toke off running home as fast as I could but then when I got there all the scratches I had were gone. Here is an example of what the dog looked like only it was much bigger looking. http://i625.photobucket.com/albums/tt332/soren-ice/ROTTWEILER JESUS.jpg

Answer:
Well I am reading a book about fairy mythology and there is a dog in the book called a Black Shuck, it's size is described as ranging from a huge dog to a small pony. It is said to have red eyes and is supposed to be very fast and sometimes it's feet doesn't even touch the ground, it kind of hovers a few inches above the ground....it kind of sounds like what you ran into but I'm not sure.

What do you think Illegal immigrant faces four manslaughter charges ( drunk driver )?
Question:
An illegal immigrant living in Wendell faces four counts of felony vehicular manslaughter during his initial appearance this Monday in the Elmore County Courthouse. Eusebio J. Pineda, 45, was taken into custody by Idaho State Police Friday afternoon for his role in a fatal car crash Thursday evening. Pineda was transported to the Elmore County Jail following his release from a Boise hospital. A judge set his bond at $250,000. In addition to the felony manslaughter charges, he remains on an immigration hold by the federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. Elmore County officials said Pineda was living in the United States illegally. During the first part of a preliminary hearing Monday, Elmore County Magistrate Judge David C. Epis ordered Pineda held in the county jail on the $250,000 bond previously set, and appointed a public defender to represent him. Pineda and the public defender will appear Wednesday at 10 a.m. before Judge Epis to continue the preliminary hearing, which determines if there is sufficient evidence to bind Pineda over to district court on the felony charges. Epis directed county prosecutors to decide if Pineda would be charged under the felony manslaughter statutes with negligence in the accident, or operating under the influence of alcohol when the accident occurred. Negligence carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine on each count, while the DUI version of the charge carries a penalty of 15 years in prison and/or a $15,000 fine on each count. County prosecutors noted that the Idaho State Police trooper who supervised a blood draw of Pineda the night he was admitted to the hospital following the accident described "a strong smell of alcohol" on Pineda's breath at the time. State police have said alcohol was likely a contributing factor in the crash. However, Pineda's official blood-alcohol content results won't be available until later this week. Pineda stands charged with causing a head-on crash on I-84 near Glenns Ferry that killed four members of a California family. State police said Pineda was driving a 2001 Ford F150 pickup eastbound in the westbound lanes of the interstate when he collided with a car driven by Amado Herrera of South El Monte, Calif. Herrera, along with his wife, Luz Herrera, and his 18-year-old daughter, Yvette, and 10-year-old son, Anthony, died in the collision. The family was traveling to the Nampa-Caldwell area to attend the wedding of a relative. State police believe Pineda was traveling westbound on the interstate before he turned around at some point and started driving eastbound in the westbound lane. Before the crash, troopers were in the area looking into reports of a suspected drunken driver weaving between lanes. The accident occurred at approximately 8:49 p.m. and blocked the westbound lanes of I-84 for approximately four hours. Traffic was diverted through Glenns Ferry to U.S. Highway 30 until the roadway could be cleared. The reason why Pineda was driving in the wrong lane on the interstate remains under investigation by state police. http://www.mountainhomenews.com/story/1656975.html

Answer:
One of the problem is Immigration rights group constantly makes false claim of racism when we try to enforce drunk driving laws. In San Diego, They prevent us from placing stops for drunk driving, because some of them are in Hispanic neighborhood, and claim it's also might catch illegal immigrants. The worse story is one in Virginia where an illegal immigrant crashed into a nun and killed her. He was released after being caught on drunk driving by immigration court. He was again caught for drunk driving and the judge release him. The judge defended his decision for releasing the illegal immigrant, because he said being an illegal immigrant does not increase the hazard to the public. I am angry because being DRUNK makes him a hazard. Having total disregard for our laws and driving with out a license multiply that hazard. Illegal immigrants supporter say illegal immigrants usually perform less crime because they don't want to be caught and deported, but this guy didn't follow the rule. The fact he broke the law while being illegal immigrants shows he is hazardous and caullous towards our laws. THe fact he caught a second times multiply his hazard to our society, but Liberal judges seem to be blind to this. I frankly think the Judge who released the illegal immigrant is far more culpable for the crime then the illegal immigrant.
