HELP SOMEONE PLEASE!! FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!!!Buying A HOME? Question: Hi my fiance and I are looking to buy our first 400k house in conyers georgia. He grauduate from high school at 15 and is 20 now bout to be 21 and just finsih college at just a year ago in the business degree section. He own his own corportation and earn's over 110,000 a year. His credit is'nt so great because of two credit cards charge off but that's it. Myself I'm 19 and still in college and I just have 3 medical collections. We are looking between putting 5 to 10% down on our house. He has to go state his income also. I do not work and we do not have any kids. we both have major credit cards and 1 car loan on our credit report. What type of loan can we apply for? What is an estimate of closing cost? His score is between 598- and 620 and mines are between620-685. Can we get a loan? Can we applied for a first time home buyer rate? What will our interest look like? also for first time home buyers do they have a cap on how much of a loan you can get in ? And yes we can afford the house!!! Age doesn't have anything to with with it long as you have the money and score that;s all that matters. Just because it take an average person between 25 and 30 yrs old to buy their first house is their problem and their education problem. When you are self employed and don't work for anyone but yourself you don't have to show tax returns all you have to do is go state your income. Is buying a new home a good idea are what? The home is almost built and will be ready in a 2 months. Answer: Whoa. Way too many questions. You are right, it has nothingto do with age. I was 21 when purchased first home. Some are just a little more focused at a younger age. You need to sit down with a mortage broker to discuss your situation in more detail. They don't charge for the visit. They are paid by selling you a loan, so they have a reason to find something that will fit your needs. You also need to talk with an insurance person in your area. They can advise you about the needs for different types of insurance, then they can quote you rates based on the needs. He will need to be able to prove the income for a period of time. He may also be required to produce income tax returns for the last couple of years, especially if some of the income comes not as wages but the stockholder of the corporation. The credit scores are going to be the worst part. Two credit cards charged off are bad. You state that you "just" have 3 medical collections. Three is not a small number, I am surprised your credit score is higher than his. Just be sure that in the future you guys pay your bills on time and that credit score will rise. Good Luck! Is this a good start for a book (I ran out of letters posting)? Question: I remember him; the vampire. It felt like yesterday, although it was only a couple years ago. Even my boyfriend Jack saw him too. He was at the same restaurant we were at that year; Mr. Stakey’s. It was a small diner that we liked to go to grab a bite to eat when a bit hungry, and right when Jack gets off of work from the power plant in Atlanta. Jack and I live in Conyers, Georgia, a town just right; not too big or too small. The power plant is only about thirty minutes away from where our old white house sits on the big hill on Plantation Dr. Street. It’s home to us; I’ve been living here since my mother and father died in the car crash in 1999, two months after I turned eleven. Those times were difficult. My family decided that it would be best if I moved in with my aunt and uncle, and so I did since it was decided. I moved out just a couple years ago and met Jack recently. We both decided to move back to where my parents use to live. I have to admit, this place is great and every night the feeling of my parents overwhelms my heart and I always start to tear up a bit, although who said a girl like me wasn’t fragile? I almost forgot to mention; my name is Alexandra. Although everyone here just calls me Alex, you know, for short. I am twenty-three years old. I have silky red hair and very nice features; a nice butt, smile, and a pair of sea-blue eyes, those sort of things. No one really notices those features though. I mean, of course Jack does, but for other people they just don’t quite seem to notice. I have a wonderful personality though, that people always notice. It always felt that people understood, notice and accepted my sister Katie more. She may of not have all the brains I do, but if you saw her, you would drop. Seriously, I swear on it! She’s drop dead gorgeous, but a bit vapid at points. Anyway, my last name is Hudson. We have a pretty big family. Granny has five children; three females and two males. If you include the grandchildren, we have fourteen grandchildren. Half of the family died off over the decade, its quite sad though. Its fine though, I really wasn't close to any of them. That may sound mean, trust me, I’m writing this, but it’s the truth and God told us not to lie. I love them all to death, but its just so confusing to me. The are members of the family I do miss, however. For example, I miss my oldest brother Jason. He died in a fire down at his friends house when he was sixteen. I never liked his friend: Jackson Plunts. He was a bad influence to not just him, but me. He tried to seduce me and my sister. And Katie, even fell for his trap; unbelievable. The fire at his house started with a lit cigarette bud on fire. They had left the bud unattended and went outside to play catch with the football. It wasn’t too long, about fifteen minutes or so when they smelt something burning. They went back inside and realized half the house was on fire. It was weird though; you couldn’t realize it was on fire from the other side; no smell, no smoke, nothing. And another thing too; the day the neighbor’s house caught on fire was three days before Christmas. But that wasn’t the weird part. The thing was, the tree was on the other side; the burning side, but it had not been affected at all. The presents, ornaments, and tree had all seemed to be saved. By magic, I don’t think so. But maybe God. Some people say they saw an angel. Others say the have seen a white silhouette walking in that house walking back an forth, room to room. Although there was never any strange reports from that house. There was always a feeling of comfort, protection, and unconditional love. Angel? I don’t know. But definitely no vampire, that’s for sure. Anyway, back to when we saw the vampire in the booth diagonal from where me and Jack were sitting, he was with a blond female real plump with two little insertions on her neck. They were definitely vampire bites; I would know because I have always been interested in these types of things. People call me strange, but I call them bitches. As Jack says it, “Life is a bitch. Whatch’ya going to do?” The vampire wasn’t frost white like you see in the movies. He looked normal like me and you. Well, maybe not you, if you are pale. But, me of course, I have a nice southern tan, along with a southern accent, both perfect for my body. Okay, you get the point. Anyway, he had sandy hair, like a mix of blond and brown, but not dirty brown. It was different, but unusual. He was fairly skinny too. Not built like you see in the movies. But, as you know, those are the actors. I thought to my self for a long time and bit my lip like I do when I muse about something real hard. I finally made my decision and spoke to Jack. “Jack, do you see something unusual about that man over there?” I said as I finished my mouth-full of lettuce and tomato. “No, baby do you? I mean he does have nice hair. Hey, what if I got my hair like that," he asked, "would you like it?" Answer: It sounds good (: just kind of show more than tell if you get my point. Example: It was a sunny day. Dont say its a sunny day, show it. The sun was pouring through my black drapes, filling the room with light. Soz for the bad example, but i think you get my point.
