Is this the second coming?
Question:
A naked man claiming to be Jesus causes a car wreck on Interstate I-95 North in Darien, Connecticut this weekend. No word on whether the man was charged with a crime, or if he was, in fact, Jesus. From the AP: Sorry. I forgot the lack of humor in this category/

Answer:
No; Jesus was supposed to appear in red clothing, actually.

Ideas for a well-ish paying, full-time job with only a High School Diploma?
Question:
If you don't wanna hear the sob story (lol), skip the first three paragraphs. I did horribly the first two years of college, always ended up withdrawing from all of my classes. I'm 99% sure this is because of my financial issues. I'm paying for food, gas, and car insurance ($400/month!). Working a part-time job while going to school and trying my best to get enough money to survive financially while in school just wasn't working for me. I'd fall behind, get into debt, get even more stressed, then get a little depressed and lose motivation (I've had depression issues in the past, sad times). Then I'd not go to class for a day or two, and just work more, so I could get myself out of debt, just to fall behind in class. It was obviously a never-ending cycle. So now I've been advised by my advisor at the college to take a semester off and get things situated financially, so that when I go back I'll at least have a nice little safety cushion to keep me from getting into debt. I was thinking this myself, so I've decided to do just that. Here's the problem: I don't know where I can find a decent paying full time job with only having a High School Diploma. Decent paying being $9-10/hr, preferably with benefits (health insurance), but not 100% necessary, as I've been without health insurance for almost 2 years now (I can't afford my own and my parents insurance company won't cover me with my grades and such). I'm good with computers and decent with office work (I love typing, about 82 WPM last I checked), and as much as I'd love to avoid it, manual labor is going to be a last resort (I only weigh 130lb, my last job doing manual labor killed my back for like a year, lifting things that weighed almost as much as I do >.<). I *WILL NOT* work at a fast food joint. I also live in Connecticut, near Westport and Darien and what not, so it's a pretty wealthy area. I recently had a part-time (temporary) job that I was getting $10/hr for. Unfortunately that ended last week. Any suggestions? *************************************************** *** ****************************************************** Long story short, with the amount of money I had saved up and was bringing in, a job and school wasn't working out for me. And for those who didn't feel like reading, here's what I'm looking for: -Full-time job paying $9-10/hr (or more, obviously, lol) -I'm good with computers and typing (~82 WPM) -Would like to avoid manual labor, as I weigh near nothing and last labor job I had near-broke my back. -*NO* fast food joints. P.S. I was thinking possibly the apple store or something like that, but I get self-doubt when it comes to computer stuff, thinking I don't know enough, as I haven't taken any computer courses in college yet. ^^;

Answer:
Security officer, especially commissioned. Security officers with a commissioned license start at $9/hr and go up to $15/hr. A commissioning license should only cost you $100-$200. Of course you also need a weapon and a willingness to put yourself in limited amounts of danger. But it's also a fun job, better than sitting at a desk all day. It can be very easy (just stand or drive a cart around) or difficult (patrol properties, kick down doors) depending on the company you work for. Trust me, sitting at a desk for 50 hours a week isn't as great as it sounds.
