Hi, we are going to relocate to Colorado, anybody have helpful info about cities, schools, or houses? Please!? Question: We are a family with many young ones. We homeschool for health reasons, but would like to explore private schools for the future. We would like to start attending church, but are their catholic churches out there? Is it diverse enough to raise bi-racial children? We like Castle Rock and Longmont so far. We have not lived anywhere but Southern California, any tips on car and house upkeep in snowy conditions? We love doing family things together, this seems like a great place for that....anyone with experience in Colorado living? Are house,car and health insurance less expensive for a reason? Any info will be appreciated, really! Answer: I vote for Castle Rock, moved here 15 years ago from N.J. love the town. wouldn't want to live any where else. great people, schools , churches , ,one Catholic church. St. Francis. . Is it really necessary for a Police Officer to ask you where you are going during traffic stop? Question: My friend and I were pulled over one night around 9pm. He was driving and we were going to a friends house to hang out. A state trooper pulls us over. Here's what happened. State Trooper: Do you know why I pulled you over? Friend: No, sir ST: You were following too close to the vehicle in front of you. Do you how far you have to be while followng someone. Friend: No, sir ST:: 1 car length for every 10 miles. Friend: I'm sorry, I did not know that officer. ST: You guys have any guns or anything? Friend: No, sir ST: No guns? Alcohol? Friend: No, sir ST: Where you guys headed tonight? Friends: Friends house? ST:(sarcastically) A friends house, WHERE? Friend: Longmont(we live in Colorado) ST: And what are you guys going to do there? Friend: Hang out ST: That's it, hang out? Friend: yes sir. He then gave my friend a ticket and was on his way. Is there a reason why he wanted to know exactly where we were going and what we were doing? Answer: |
