Hi, About ebay motors purchasing Question: Hi, um recently I saw a car I wanted to buy for like really cheap on craigslist, but when i emailed the person it was taked off the site. Then I got email from the person like 2 days later saying she still has the car and if I was interested, give her my full name and shipping address and we'll use eBay Vehicle Purchase Protection to comeplete the sale. So I said ok, let's do it then. Then I got an email from consultant@ebayfinancialcenter.com saying that she initiated a transaction with me through ebay motors and now i have to use Moneygram to send the money to a ebay financial center agent who lives in like Fort Morgan and I have to send it to like his address house, so I'm not really sure if this is a scam or not Answer: Yes that's known SCAM on EBAY and Craigslist. Ebay protection does not handle cars or money transactions. The Email they sent you from ebay is FAKE. They want your money. They don't even own the car. All the info is fake. Once you send your money it will be lost with NO way to get it back. Do not proceed it is a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM...........................UJN |

I don't know about car rental places there since I've never needed to rent a car when I was there, but I'm sure you could find out online. |
