Let me start out by saying I'm not the smartest person when it comes to auto repair. Last week I had an accident with my Honda Odyssey and I wasn't sure how to fix them. It IS true that car insurance is not required in New Hampshire. I do have insurance now, but I have driven without insurance in the past. The cops don't even ask for your insurance info when you get pulled over (for speeding or whatever). The only time they ever ask for your insurance info is if you get in an accident. If you say that you have no insurance, that's fine. Because you don't need insurance in NH. I know because I was in an accident and told the cop I didn't have insurance. No problem. I didn't get a ticket or anything. The only time you DO need insurance is if the State of NH says you do. If you get in an accident and can't pay, and they take you to court, the state will probably say that you need insurance from now on. This will also happen if you get convicted of DWI or something. Otherwise, car insurance is not required. Wearing a seat belt NOT REQUIRED (unless you're a child). Motorcycle helmets NOT REQUIRED. Gun ownership available to everyone except felons. "nascar now" did say at first that they would be bringing the 02 car up to loudon for joey to qualify and run in. but the next day they retracted that and got it straight that they will not be bringing the 02, but instead they will be using the 96 and that the teams had reached an agreement that it would sport the home depot colors. whether it was because they already had an agreement in place for joey to drive the 96 or whether it was done to avoid the hassle of last week - if it rains the 02 doesn't get in, but the 96 does - is up for speculation. as to which crew, i have not ready anything specifically about the crew, but i would imagine it would be the 96 crew as he will be working with them for five races (maybe six since last week joey didn't run at all, and he is only scheduled in the 02 once more - they'll want to get him in seven races).
