disconnect the wires and try a dry-fit to see or if the radios are close in years,,, 02,03 or 05,06 then theres a good chance it'll work and you can look at the diagram of wires on the top/bottom o the radio and match it up with the harness to see the pattern,,,,,,,,,,

No one rents to someone of your age. A person signing the contract has to be of legal age, or the contract is not binding...in other words, it won't hold up in court. If you destroyed the vehicle, and the rental company took you to court, the judge would throw the case out immediately. The rental company would be the big loser...and they cannot stay in business that way. Sorry. PS, Just to give you the heads up in the event that you're thinking of having someone of legal age rent the vehicle, and then give it to you to drive, that is considered fraud...which means someone can go to jail. But, if you do, and have an accident...your buddy and you as well, are screwed for life, especially if you hurt/kill someone. Even if no one is hurt, your buddy's insurance company would not cover a rental under fraudulent conditions, and would not cover you driving the vehicle in the first place. Or, even if you breakdown along the way and have to call the rental company for help, don't be surprised if you find yourself sitting on the side of the road somewhere with no way back home. I'm not trying to sound mean, I just want you to understand that if a person does something like this, it can really affect them for life.

Go to a california dol and give them your current iowa title and they will give you a new title right there on the spot thats what happen to me when i went from washington to arizona. at the very least they will give you a afidavid and release of interest and send you the title in 3 weeks. but you can still go to the dmv with the person that wants to buy it and go into the dol with them and put it in there name
