what part of chula vista are u in? theres on on Broadway. There's another more down south on Beyer way. I'm almost certain the one on Broadway is between H and L street(right hand side if you're driving south). If its not there there's one on the southeast corner of Broadway and L street. I think it's a quick oil change place w/ the carwash next to it. Sorry i couldnt be any more helpful. Im not from that specific part of Chula Vista. I use to drive through that area alot for work and that's what i can remember.

I've flown from Los Angeles to Toronto. with the price of gasoline and hotels, the treacherous roads and not to mention dangers and cost of motels (even cheap ones, also the time it would take you to get here.... My best suggestion is fly. You are talking over 3000 miles, that's 6,000 round trip (or more) you will have to go through some inclement weather, very hot in August. Take my advice, FLY. My court date is tomorrow. This is something that I am confused about. On the top where it says non-/traffic and misdemeanor ONLY the traffic box has an X, not the misdemeanor one. And also, where is says misdemeanor or infraction (circle one), neither one of them is circled, not even a little. What does this mean? Will i not be charged with one? is it an infraction? and one more thing... why is it a traffic if i was nowhere near a car at all. what's going to happen?

Without seeing the ticket, I cannot be sure of an answer, but one thing you need to know is that conviction of this offense will mean a 1 year suspension of your driver's license (even if you were nowhere near a car). I am reasonably sure that there are diversion programs available in Isla Vista (UCSB and all that).
