Where is a best place to paint a whole car other than Maaco?
Question:
What are some place in California near Fresno and Visalia that paint cars good and don't charge alot

Answer:
You're asking for two opposite conditions. A good paint job and a cheap paint job. To do a good paint job takes a lot of hand work, expertise, experience and quality paint. None of this is cheap. Shops that do quickee jobs for cheap prices usually scrimp on the prep, hire the least experienced personnel and use the cheapest materials. Their paint jobs are what we call 20 footers. They don't look real good much closer than that and they don't last more than a year or two. You get what you pay for

What is the likelyhood that I'll have jail time?
Question:
I got my second DUI in Visalia, California. My first DUI was over ten years ago which was also in Visalia. I was under the influence of alcohol and I hit a street sign on the end of a center divider. I did not hit any other cars or pedestrians. I think I refused the breath test, but the officer that let me out the next morning said I was "truthful" at the time of arrest, eventhough the accident report said I "refused to speak with officers". I haven't seen the police report yet. My auto insurance will cover the cost of the damaged street sign and I've already filed a claim.

Answer:
drunk drivers deserve jail

What do you think about what Bill Gates Said?
Question:
Realistic, harsh, is he not completely right? Presented at Mt. Whitney High School in Visalia, California. Things They don't teach you in school Rule 1: Life is not fair-get used to it. Rule 2: The world won’t care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself. Rule3: You will NOT make $40,000 a year right out of high school. You won’t be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both. Rule 4: If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. Rule 5: Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents had a different word for burger flipping- they called it opportunity. Rule 6: If you mess up, it’s not your parents’ fault, so don’t whine about your mistakes, learn from them. Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren’t as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parents’ generation, try delousing the closet in your own room. Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life has not. In some schools they have abolished failing grades and they’ll give you as many times as you want to get the right answer. This doesn’t bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life. Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don’t get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on your own time. Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs. Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you’ll end up working for one. Personally I think its the most realistic thing I've heard.

Answer:
I think much of this list is GREAT advice. However, it was not authored by Bill Gates. This is the work of Charles Sykes. See the link to confirm.

who are these people following me?
Question:
I was traveling to North Dakota from California, when I got to nevade I notiiced the same vehicels from california with neceda plates. I didn't think anything of it at first, but I got into Montana and my brother was arested for a warent and I saw the same vehicels at the sheriff station with Montana plates. Then after I entered North Dakota and I noticed that there where a total of 10 cars circaling me. They would pass me get off the free way later and go the opposite direction, this went on until I got into minot witch ws at least 500 miles. they got gas at every place I did. On my way back they stoped in wyoming and I didn't notice it again until Corning California. There licensse plates changed a couple of times, one of them said circle 01. they followed me into Visalia and all went into the grocery store as me. I told them I ws going to call the cops and they still followed me home. they still pass my house every once in a while, how can I find out who ther are?

Answer:
wow how scary, they must really think ou're a naughty boy. Hopefully if you havent done anything wrong or even if youhave, just lay low and ignore them, they might end up leaving you alone. Or you could also go to your local Sherrif department and ask to speak with someone.

Question about expired tags and behind-the-wheel driving test?
Question:
Several months ago, it was time to renew the registration on my car. My mom did it for me, sent in all the paperwork. We got new license plates (the car was a gift from my aunt) and the car was technically registered... but we didn't get any stickers. We've been calling and hassling them about it, but still no stickers. And tomorrow I need to take my behind-the-wheel driving test. Are they going to let me take the test if I show them paperwork/receipt and the new license plates (I doubt it)? Is it possible to go into the DMV (I'm in California btw, we'd go to the Visalia one) early and have them just hand over stickers? Or would we have to wait for them to be sent in the mail? I haven't got a car to borrow on such short notice that I would be comfortable driving. I don't see how I answered my own question... I basically just want to know if I can go into the DMV and pick up tags, fee or not. But thank you.

Answer:
You answered your own question. take the test on a borrowed legal car. .Start calling around now,for some time behind the Wheel of a car your comfortable with. when they have you parallel park, there going to tell you ok-pull out to continue the test.DO NOT just use your mirrors! TURN YOUR HEAD
