Road bump in El Cajon CA needs repair - where do I start?
Question:
I own a condo in El Cajon. There is an alley/road behind our complex. The bump when you are leaving the alley/road is HUGE. Everytime someone drives out of the alley the bottom of their car scrapes on it and makes a horrible noise. The other day I drove out with a car load of people and I think it actually damaged my car (it scraped then clanked). It needs to be fixed but its not part of the condo property - its part of a city street. Does anyone know where I would start? I tried the city website but didn't see anything that pertained to my problem.

How do I get quick customers as a car salesman?
Question:
I just got hired at Kia of El Cajon. I'm ready to do anything I need to do to be successful. I know that I must be patient in gathering clients for the long run, but where do I go and what do I do in order to get quick customers? Thanks to all the good car salesman out there. If you don't sell very many cars, please don't answer! :)

Answer:
It takes time to get a flow to it. No one makes top salesperson their first month :) You sound motivated so get involved in a "business networks international" meeting where you can network with one another... In the group you might have one guy that does HVAC work, one that sells Avon and maybe someone in real estate. Business it created all with referrals and it's typically the pros in their field that join these groups... just google BNI or BNI.com and get a good start.

Rail Simulator (EA) Locomotives / Cars for Download ?
Question:
I just purchased the Rail Simulator game for PC: and I'm already tired of driving the El Cajon Pass routes, and am curious if anyone had FOUND downloads for this game. I would REALLY like to develope a ROUTE that includes the San Jose - San Francisco (CalTrain), San Jose - Oakland - Sacramento (UP), and San Jose - Stockton (ACE) operations. I'd also like to find the appropriate passenger cars for that area. ANYONE with thoughts... please let me know also if you have EXPERIENCE with this. Thanks. WOW, nothing from ANYONE ?? Certainly an interesting game to play. Yes aware of Microsoft's program... but they stopped production of it years ago. I DID hear rumors that they are coming out with a NEW version that will use their "worldwide" Flight-simulator as a geographical base... with MOST of the worlds trackage.

Answer:
If you instead bought Microsoft Train Simulator, then you could download many, many expansions from . You could even just borrow the disc, as it does not require disc presence to play. I think the expansions cost though.

What do you think Illegal alien to be tried attempted murder assault what excuse will they have for him?
Question:
EL CAJON – Raul Yepez Jimenez approached a woman he'd never met on an El Cajon street, held her at gunpoint, and groped and attacked her, according to testimony in a Superior Court hearing Wednesday. The woman resisted and screamed, which drew the attention of some nearby police officers. The attack ended when Jimenez pointed a .38-caliber revolver at El Cajon Police Officer Mark Bevan, who shot him twice in the abdomen, Bevan testified. When asked by police why he assaulted the woman, Jimenez, 31, said he wanted companionship and he snickered, an investigator testified. At the end of Wednesday's hearing, the judge ruled the prosecution had presented enough evidence for Jimenez to be tried for attempted murder of a police officer, assault with intent to commit rape and other assault charges. If convicted, the illegal immigrant faces a maximum sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole, said prosecutor Renee Palermo. Jimenez's defense attorney, Deputy Public Defender Karen Hirr, declined to comment about the case. During the hearing, Hirr suggested her client did not know he shot at an officer because Bevan never identified himself as a policeman. Bevan was in uniform at the time, according to testimony. The attack happened around 2 a.m. June 28. As the woman returned from buying ice cream at a convenience store, she was confronted by Jimenez in front of an apartment building on Washington Street near Emerald Avenue. The woman, a 38-year-old home health care worker, told police Jimenez had a gun in his waistband, reeked of alcohol and groped her, Detective Robert Berger testified. Bevan and two other officers were leaving the apartment building after investigating a fight between siblings when they happened upon the attack near their patrol cars, Bevan testified. “She was actively pulling away from him,” Bevan said. “I could see the silhouette of a handgun pointed at her.” The officers approached and Bevan identified himself as a police officer and ordered Jimenez to drop the gun, Bevan testified. Jimenez ran and pointed the gun at the officer who was chasing him, testified Bevan, who fired as many as six times before Jimenez fell. Another officer fired one round, which missed the defendant. At least two shots penetrated the walls of a nearby apartment and home. Both officers returned to duty after three days of paid leave, which is the department's policy. The defendant later admitted he attacked the woman and knew he was shooting at the police, testified Salvador Campos, an investigator with the District Attorney's Office. Jimenez spoke to authorities about a week after the shooting while recovering in the hospital. The defendant said he bought the handgun – which came with one round – from a man near Main Street for $100. “He saw the woman on the street and he decided he was going to have a woman at any means,” Campos testified he was told by Jimenez. “He snickered and laughed at what he did to this woman.” http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/metro/20070919-1747-bn19ye pez.html
