Answer: Thats a god awful place. Riverside in general is a real drag. Norco has alot of Cow crap. Corona has nothing, Lake Elsinore is down the interstate 15 a bit. You really need to get to Orange County or San Bernandino Mountains to find fun places. |

There are companies that have supposedly reliable people that are traveling and dont have wheels that will drive it to the destination. What kind of job can a 16 year old teenager like me get? Question: I really need a job so I can buy a car. I'm getting my license in less in a month. I live in Corona California. I currently applying at subway and when I went in the store there was 3 people asking for applications as well. So who knows If I'll be the lucky one to get hired. I doubt it with no work experience. What time is it best to go on the freeway from the city of Rosemead to Riverside ? Question: im planning to visit some friends in corona, riverside in california and if i start in the city of Rosemead, how long would it take ? and what time should i go to avoid the traffic ? and also, what times is there less cars on the freeway ? im taking the I-10 E & CA-71 S Answer: Going Eastbound, you'll be fine from anytime in the morning until around 3 or 4pm. Thats when all the people start heading back home. Rosemead to Riverside should take about 30mins. Depends on how fast you drive |

jobs that pay good southern california? Question: i live in southern california im 20 and have no idea what i want to do i want to know what kind of job i can do that is gonna make me some decent money to support a family on and be able to live in a nice area such as mira loma,corona,norco,onterio.i just want to get a nice 2 story house to fit a family and nice cars im willing to go to school for 4-6 years but what are some good paying jobs that i should go to school for and please dont say nothing in the medical field ive read things that you have to apply to get into the programs and theres long waiting list i just want a total of 4-6 years the girl in the pic is my wife im on hers cuase i dont have a account well i dont have anything that i like to do so i can care less on what i do Answer: Who's the babe in your avatar? We ALL know you're actually a guy. As to a career why not make your dad proud and join the Army too. You will be trained in the MOS most appropriate to your interests, and abilities, you will get to travel to many interesting places, and meet people of other cultures, and the G.I. Bill will help pay for your college education if you choose to get a degree. If you make the Army a career you will also have a nice pension after your 20 years to augment what ever job you get once you return to civilian life. And this time DON'T insult or report other members. We ALL have memories like an elephant. |

Thinking about moving back to California!? Question: I am currently 21 years old and am going to graduate college by this fall (finishing online) with a degree in International Business. I have absolutely no student debt and a decent enough car to get me to California. My aunt is going to let me stay with her (Riverside, CA) while I look for a job and get myself situated and finish school. I was born in San Diego and lived in Corona until I was 14 years old. I now live in Evansville, IN. I miss it and do not have anything keeping me here. Do you think this is a possible endeavor? I have about $1000 saved which isn't much but I have several months to continue to save. I am hoping to move around April and finish my schooling while I work. I am extremely aggressive when it comes to finding a job, and even in this economy, I haven't ever found it to be impossible to find a job. Just hoped to get some insight from some older, probably much wiser individuals. Thanks! Answer: Riverside has very high unemployment. The low rate is San Francisco bay area, orange county and San Diego, try those 3 places. |

Southern California Metrolink Question.....? Question: So the hubby and I are thinking of moving to Corona...however he works in the heart of downtown LA. The drive would probably be around 2 hours during rush hour we are thinking? We've heard about the metrolink.....has anyone ever taken it back and forth from LA and Corona? Your thoughts on that? But here's the thing.....my husband will park his car at the Corona station, once he gets to LA.....he will need a car to get to appointments. **** Has/Does anyone ever keep a car at a metrolink station in this same idea or keep a car around your destined area for use? How much does it cost to park your car overnight at a metrolink? Do you pay by the hour or is it one set fee? We're not sure where we would be able to park a car overnight and how much that would cost. Any advice would be terrific!
