No national chain will rent to an 18-year-old, no matter how responsible s/he is or what kind of deposit he is willing to make. I don't know current policy, but when I worked for Avis, we'd rent to guys in the military who were under our age limit (which was 25) if they left a big deposit, in cash. No civilian got that kind of offer, though, and it was the manager's decision, not Avis's policy. You want to contact all the *local* places which rent cars. If they're hurting for business, they may be willing to make a rental the chains won't.

How can I get a Car title in Arkansas for a car I have had for 3 months. The guy who gave it to me skipped?

out. I found out it was his car he and his wife were having problems so she gave the car away. But now I find out they did not have a title to the car. They still owe money on it. But the place they got it just keeps giving me the run around. They said since I am not the one the car belongs to they will not talk to me. If title is with the finance company it is their vehicle. You're right - they won't talk to you about it because you are not the owner. Since you are not the owner of the vehicle (the finance company apparently is) you will not be able to get title. What are you asking here? Why is the car in your yard? Do you want it removed?

Hobb's State park conservation area is just a short drive from Rogers. There is a lake called Beaver Lake and a series of trails you can walk. Hello, I'm just days away from graduating high school and my friend and I would like to take a road trip. We're leaving from Rogers, Arkansas to Spring Valley, California. According to my TomTom it's about a 25 hour trip (if you drive non-stop), and 1,569 miles. My car gets about 25mpg, and we have free housing once we get there (my grandma). We estimate we need about $700 round trip, $350 there and $350 back. My question is, in your opinion do you think this we be enough for the two of us? We will stay in one cheap hotel half way there and back, and eat cheap.

That's funny, I actually drove from Phoenix AZ to Rogers Arkansas. It's always a little longer than you expect because of traffic and stuff. But yea, I think that sounds like enough. I spent less than that on my trip. Make sure you get your car all checked out first, tires, oil, etc. And print maps online because there are areas that your GPS will lose satellite signal.
